Service bulletins for the 2024 Ford Bronco

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.
SSM 546862026-04-06. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2024-2026 Bronco vehicles that have the dealer installed option (DIO)/accessory trailer tow kit installed may exhibit a condition where the trailer module (TRM) is not detected, or a "Procedure Unsuccessful" message is displayed after running a configuration application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. This may be due to any of the following issues:

-The FDRS scan tool version is not at the latest software level. To correct this condition, run the "Towbar Configuration" application using the latest software version of the FDRS scan tool.

-The "TRM - Trailer Module (TRM) Configuration" application being run instead of the "Towbar Configuration" application. Accessory TRMs are preprogrammed and only the "Towbar Configuration" application should be run to configure the TRM properly for trailer tow capabilities. Too many attempts to program the TRM using the "TRM - Trailer Module (TRM) Configuration" application may result in a faulted TRM.
