Service bulletins for the 2019 Dodge Durango
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 9100494 | 2025-01-30. Service bulletin. FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. FUEL PUMP/LEVEL UNIT MODULE For vehicles with Saddle Fuel Tanks, need to determine if there are any DTCs in wiTECH. Follow Service Diagnostics published prior to making any changes. Review any existing SOL or TSBs published for customer complaint issue. Only the Fuel Pump Module should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 1. Only the Auxiliary Level Sender should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 2. If there is a mixture of DTCs between the Fuel Pump Module and the Auxiliary Level Sensor, then investigate if there is a Jumper Harness or circuit issue between the Level Sender and the PCM. Verify fuel transfer between auxiliary tank and the primary tank by monitoring the auxiliary level sensor to verify it drops after driving. |

| 9003704 | 2022-09-26. Service bulletin. SEATS; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; AIR BAGS; POWER TRAIN; BACK OVER PREVENTION; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Transmission Oil Pan, Heater (TMU), Tube or O-ring Applies to vehicles equipped with 8 speed transmissions only; if you have a leak that appears to be at the pan the use of proper leak detection is recommended. The fluid in the 8 speeds can be detected with a black light and there are aftermarket spray on leak detection materials to help ensure that the leak is properly diagnosed and not from another location such as cooler lines, heater tubes, or case porosity. Please note that the transmission pan gasket is available for many of the 8 speed applications FCA offers. Please review the available quick connect and transfer tube parts, as replacement of the TMU may not be required. If a TOC line connection is found to be the source, the quick connect may need replacement. If the leak source is coming from the connection of the TMU to the transmission, the transfer tube may need replacement. When parts are returned to the QEC the retaining clips (snap ring) for the quick disconnect fittings are missing. (This leaves a question as to whether the clips were missing from the assembly plant, or the technician removed them in order to make line removal easier.) Please return the clips with the transmission heater and note if they were not there to begin with. For any questions regarding transmission heater, contact FCA Redacted Content. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair. |
| 9004226 | 2022-09-26. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; POWER TRAIN. TUBE, Coolant outlet (Rear Heater Return Line) Be advised, Mopar does offer rear coolant line repair kits for MY 2018 - 2020 vehicles for coolant leak repair. Please see TSB 23-023-20 for kit part numbers and instructions. If looking to replace the rear heater line due to a rub through from the trans oil heater (TOH) line clamp on the engine side: 1) Rotate the tangs on the clamp towards the transmission and out of the direction of the rear heater line 2) Adjust the TOH line by pushing it towards the engine to increase clearance between the TOH line and rear heater line. |
| 18-039-20 | 2020-05-26. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Possible Driveability Issues due to the Winter-Blend Fuel into the Warmer Season |
| 18-089-19 | 2019-12-16. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; ENGINE. wiTECH Small Leak Verification Test (SLVT) - P0456-EVAP SYSTEM SMALL LEAK |
| 9004150 | 2019-12-02. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; POWER TRAIN. SEAL, Input If looking to replace stubshaft due to ATX fluid leaking, do not replace PTU seals. None of the seals from the PTU side will need to be replaced whenever the ATX stubshaft is replaced, even though V-seal (68408748A$) is in direct contact with the stubshaft, it will not avoid grease/oil leakage from transmission side. PTU V-seals are intended to act as a dust cover for stubshaft - PTU input shaft spline interface. PTU Input shaft seal (68408749A$) is intended to hold PTU oil and debris ingress; it should be replaced only if the fluid leakage is confirmed to be PTU oil and not ATX trans. fluid. |
