Service bulletins for the 2013 Dodge Durango

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

If you cannot remove the battery on the device, perform a reboot. Each manufacturer has a different series of buttons to hold down to perform a reboot. If the problem still persists, try the device on another like vehicle with the same radio. If you are having the same connection issues on another like vehicle, the device may be faulty or it may not be compatible with the RHR radio.
