Flash: HVAC System Enhancement This bulletin involves reprogramming the HVAC control module with the latest available software. The customer may describe one of the following: · The radio temperature display does not match the HVAC controller temperature display. · After a temperature slide bar movement, the radio display shows the temperature slider waiting for about 3 seconds and then the slide bar jumps again. · Insufficient heating or cooling inside the vehicle.

Compressor, A/C lines, A/C Condenser This issue pertains to PF, UF, and KL only.~ During service of the AC lines, Compressor or Condenser, do not stow any AC lines in proximity to any heat sources, or sharp edges.~ After the vehicle is reassembled, confirm that all AC lines are in correct design position and not in contact with any heat sources, or sharp edges.
051520292022-10-17. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Washer Fluid Level Sensor Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" tell tale light on the dash and the washer fluid bottle is full, please perform the this inspection. Inspect the sensor for a fluid coating on the sensor pins. Orange colored rain repellant can cause this fluid build-up. Clean the pins, drain the reservoir, and fill with Mopar approved washer fluid. Check to determine if the issue has been resolved. Continue with repair if necessary. Also, please inform the customer not to use Rain-X in the system to avoid this issue. CONDENSER, Air Conditioning CONDITION 1: If it is determined that the A/C compressor does not engage due to a refrigerant leak at the receiver/drier plug on the A/C condenser, order the receiver/drier plug kit P/N 68447796A$ and follow the repair instructions included on the instruction sheet. 68062477A2019-05-20. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; VISIBILITY:SUN/MOON ROOF ASSEMBLY; EQUIPMENT. Part Description: Motor, Sunroof Issue Description: If looking to replace the sunroof motor and these conditions are occurring:~ 1) Vent switch does not work.~ 2) Open switch only moves the sunroof an inch no matter how long the switch is held.~ 3) When the close switch is used, sunroof closes but then goes into vent.~ The sunroof motor does not need to be replaced, but only reinitialized. Please follow reinitialization procedure available in TechCONNECT.

Inside Rear View Mirror Without Assist And 911 Buttons This bulletin involves inspecting the inside rear view mirror for Assist and 911 buttons and replacing the mirror if the buttons are not there. The customer may describe that the Assist and 911 buttons are not on the inside rear view mirror (Fig. 1). A small number of customers with a Uconnect access RA3 radio may have an inside rear view mirror without Assist and 911 buttons (Fig. 1).

Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" message on the dash when the washer fluid bottle is full, please verify I101 48-way black connector regarding W11 & W1 circuits, then clean and secure as needed to complete. If diagnostics point to Float Sensor failure and requires replacement, carefully remove SENSOR-WASHER FLUID LEVEL so as to not damage part for FCA analysis. If no response in 15 minutes continue with repair.
