| 2019552 | 2019-11-04. Structure. Issue: On certain trucks, the strut-rod for the sleeper cab vent windows may not be properly attached. This could cause the vent window to over rotate and detach from the vehicle. Safety Risk: A window that separates from a moving vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a Daimler Trucks of North America authorized service facility to replace the vent windows. |

| 2019508 | 2019-10-10. Structure. Issue: On certain trucks, the baggage and/or sleeper side doors may not be properly attached to their hinges. This could cause the door(s) to detach while driving. Safety Risk: A baggage and/or sleeper side door that falls from the truck could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a DTNA authorized service facility to install two reinforcement clips on each baggage and sleeper door hinge. |
| 2017357 | 2017-07-18. Structure. On certain vehicles, certain tow hooks that are used for recovery purposes may have been incorrectly manufactured and may not meet material strength specifications. If the tow hook were to fail during towing or a recovery operation, a sudden release of the vehicle without warning could occur, increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Daimler Trucks North America authorized service facilities will inspect tow hooks for a certain manufacture date code, and replace if needed. |
