A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| WWM-96R | 2025-03-04. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) has determined that affected vehicles, listed below, may have been manufactured with improperly applied paint to the rear suspension sub-frame. Affected vehicles which are operated in the "salt-belt" for an extensive period could result in the rear sub-frame rusting out and possibly breaking.
