Peiker For RT, JK and MK bodies only; Before replacing the Hands Free Module (HFM), please contact Gaurav Saxena at cell (248) 260-0583~ IMPORTANT - do not reset the HFM, clear codes or perform a battery reset before calling. Engineering is currently root causing this issue and your assistance is greatly appreciated. Seeking vehicles with HFM in a locked state, inoperative, or offline. If unable to reach this person within 15 minutes, then proceed with the necessary repair.

Battery - Transmitter For vehicles within 12 Months in Service which have a "FOB Battery Low" message within Cluster or DTC B1A10 or B1A11 Active or Stored. Engineering is requesting complete FOB returned unopened (ie, battery not removed or FOB housing opened!). ~ All others, follow normal procedures.~ Please ensure Dealer Technicians are aware of this request to allow for gain in FOB Battery depletion understanding.

EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. 82212076, 82203694 - Fabric Cleaner This "fabric cleaner" is not intended for sale in California, the otc states (Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington dc), and some ladco states (Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio). Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~
21-037-162017-11-03. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). Flash: Transmission Drivability And Shift Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Transmission Control Module (TCM) with the latest available software. This software update works in conjunction with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) software update. The changes to the transmission software are necessary although the changes will not be noticed by the customer.

Flash: Powertrain Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set. P0128 - Thermostat Rationality.

Intake Manifold Gasket Intake Manifold Gaskets on Pentastar Upgrade (Sales Code ERC/ERF) are reusable provided they are not cut, torn or melted. The gaskets are not required by warranty to be replaced like they are on Pentastar Classic (ERB/EHB). The new gaskets are not interchangeable with Pentastar Classic Intake Manifold Gaskets.
