Park Assist System). Follow U0137 and Communication Diagnostic Procedure to rule out potential improper connector installation, damage harness / connector, water intrusion, or TPO issues. If the DTC U0137 is stored, please do 5 igniton cycles from bus sleep mode and verify if the DTC becomes active. There is an investigation in the HVAC system If you detected an issue in the HVAC system, follow the procedure "Heating and Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Testing (A/C PERFORMANCE)" Prior to replacement compressor please check first the Temperature on the Evaporator: at 5°C +/- 2 °C & compressor cycling. If you review it and the compressor gets the temperature & it cycling, please continue to your work in other possible HVAC issue. 90042452020-05-26. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; PARKING BRAKE. Gasket, Timing Gear Housing For 2019, and 2020 Model Year Only. If you are replacing the timing housing gasket due to an oil leak, please take detailed pictures of the leak, and submit them to the Star Center. Once submitted, continue with the repair. During the repair, check the breakaway torque of the gear housing retaining bolts. If any are found to be loose, note the location of the loose bolt(s) in the Star case.

Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following DTC:P0733-00 - Gear 3 Shift Incorrect Ratio. The following software enhancements are available:Harsh garage shift engagements in to, either reverse or drive resultingin excessive shift bump. While in hill descent control, utilizing Electronic Range Select (ERS) buttons to modulate speed, the ERS buttons give a lower or highergear than required/desired. Under light to medium brake maneuvers on flat ground, customer complains of harsh4-3 (lines up to with ECO mode transition).

The customer or upfitter may describe the following:The upfitter auxiliary fused wires are not populated on the rear of the chassis wiring harness equipped with Instrument Panel (IP) auxiliary switches. The wires are located on the right side of the rear chassis cross beam, above the fifth wheel.

LAMP, Center High Mounted Stop (CHMSL - Cargo lamp) For concern of water leak intrusion at CHMSL lamp: Before CHMSL lamp removal, please check for proper CHMSL installation. Verify that CHMSL harness is well hidden (not visible) into the cabin and not trapped between lamp and cabin. If harness is trapped, take a picture and verify seal foam also has a harness mark. Add this comment into narrative. Please call FCA Redacted Content prior to replacing the component (if needed). If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
90042362020-05-26. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. LATCH, Tailgate Striker position also affects closing effort. Prior to ordering this part for a customer stating the Tailgate will not auto release when the tailgate is closed or is hard to close, first try adjusting the tailgate strikers to minimize the force required to close. The strikers must be centered up/down in the latch opening. You have to balance tailgate flushness and closing effort by moving the strikers fore or aft.
