90033572019-07-15. Service bulletin. ENGINE; EQUIPMENT. ADAPTER, Engine Oil Filter (Pentastar V6) Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks. All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L except for model year 2014 vehicles with leak concern: 1) Ensure the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) Cap O-ring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. 2) If replacing the (OFA) due to a leak detected between (OFA) and block. Ensure the torque on the 5 bolts are torqued to 12nm. If not record the actual values, torque to 12nm and contact the FCA employees listed below. 3) Remove the (OFA) and replace the O-ring and gaskets only (Kit #68191356A$), NOT THE OFA. 4) If oil was drained, add oil dye to ensure the leak is repaired. For model year 2014 vehicles replace the Oil Filter Adaptor.

Flash: 5.7L Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with updated software. A small number of customers may experience one or more of the symptoms/conditions listed below or a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find that any of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set. If any of the following DTCs have been set, perform the Diagnosis. ? P0456 Evap System Small Leak. ? P2610 - PCM Internal Engine Off Timer Performance.
05-013-152019-05-20. Service bulletin. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL:AUTOMATIC (ASC); ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; SERVICE BRAKES. Flash: Anti Lock Brake (ABS) Module System Enhancements This bulletin involves updating the Anit-Lock Brake System (ABS) module software. The customer may describe the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) Warning lamp is illuminated on the instrument cluster. Upon further inspection, the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): C006A-49 - Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor - Internal Electronic Failure.
18-080-15 REV A2019-05-20. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Flash: 6.4L Powertrain Diagnostic And System Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software. NOTE: This bulletin fixes all vehicles listed and also contains an optional software path for situations where the customer is specifically complaining of a Drone Noise, Shudder, Pulsation, or Vibration under light throttle applications while vehicle is operating in MDS/ECO mode (optional software available for D2 & DJ vehicles). There will be two separate software options displayed on the wiTECH flash tab. The software file released for this condition contains the verbiage OPTIONAL. The other file is the standard software that does not contain improvements for the Drone/Shudder concern. If for some reason the customer finds this shudder improvement objectionable, the PCM software may be returned/reflashed to the standard version. Both software versions will address the remaining conditions noted in the bulletin. A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): ? P0456 - Evap System Small Leak. ? P3402 - Cylinder 1 Deactivation Control Performance. ? P3426 - Cylinder 4 Deactivation Control Performance. ? P3442 - Cylinder 6 Deactivation Control Performance. ? P3450 - Cylinder 7 Deactivation Control Performance. ? 53034160A2019-05-20. Service bulletin. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL; VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:ACCELERATOR PEDAL. Part Description: Accelerator Pedal Issue Description: Vehicle has accelerator pedal fault code. Before replacing accelerator pedal, be sure to follow fault code diagnostic procedures in service manual. Make sure to check wiring and connectors. DTC P2299 is usually caused by a two footed driver and accelerator pedal should not be replaced for this fault.

A customer may experience, one or more of the following conditions: ? Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. All Symptom Listed Below Are For 2013 Vehicles Only: ? Radio may be muted. Any of DTCs B1400-92-Front Left Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B1404-92- Front Right Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B1408-92-Rear Left Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B140C-92-Rear Right Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation, maybe active or stored. ? Radio display screen may turn off. ? Radio will stay on after the vehicle is turned off with remote. (Applies to vehicle with Mopar remote start add on package only). ? Radio will stay on for 20 minutes after ignition is turned off and the only way to turn off the radio is by pressing the power button on the radio. Software was updated to have the radio shut off based on the cluster accessory delay setting.
