A customer may experience, SXM (Sirius/XM) radio has intermittent muting. This occurs in areas where XM signal is degraded and cell signal is very weak. The condition happens when the optional vehicle internet connection through the cell network is in use with the internal vehicle Wi-Fi. This Symptom/Condition Only Applies To 2014-2015 KL Vehicles: A customer may experience a popping noise when listening to AM stations.

CD player will not play songs and/or locks up the radio. Clock will not automatically update to local time. Clock may be off by several hours. (RA3 Only). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL vehicles). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Radio Apps are inoperative. Do not replace the turbocharger for complaints of exhaust brake operating when the Exhaust Brake switch is off. Replacing the turbocharger will not address these complaints. Update the PCM with the new software version to correct this issue. 2. Turbo Speed Sensor is Now Serviceable.
