A customer may experience, one or more of the following conditions: ? Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. All Symptom Listed Below Are For 2013 Vehicles Only: ? Radio may be muted. Any of DTCs B1400-92-Front Left Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B1404-92- Front Right Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B1408-92-Rear Left Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation and/or B140C-92-Rear Right Audio Speaker Output - Performance Incorrect Operation, maybe active or stored. ? Radio display screen may turn off. ? Radio will stay on after the vehicle is turned off with remote. (Applies to vehicle with Mopar remote start add on package only). ? Radio will stay on for 20 minutes after ignition is turned off and the only way to turn off the radio is by pressing the power button on the radio. Software was updated to have the radio shut off based on the cluster accessory delay setting.

08-108-152019-05-20. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Vehicle System Interface Module Unresponsive This bulletin involves reprogramming the Vehicle System Interface Module (VSIM) with the latest available software. Customers may notice uplift components connected to the VSIM inoperative at times. This is caused by a condition where as the VSIM locks up and becomes unresponsive. No DTCs will be reported for loss of communication between the VSIM and Central Body Controller (CBC). This can be corrected by updating the VSIM with the latest available software. SYMPTOM ONLY FOR 2013 DD AND DP with Power Take Off Prep (Sales Code LBN) Customers may experience after 30 minutes of operation the PTO may shut off. The PTO will start working again after the ignition is cycled.
R512019-05-20. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. The Charge Air Cooler (CAC) on about 7,600 of the above vehicles may develop internal icing in cold temperature regions. This condition may cause the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) to illuminate and cause the vehicle to experience a 35 mph limp in condition. A winter front cover must be installed when sustained day and night time temperatures drop below 30° F (-1° C).

Flash: 3.0L Powertrain Diagnostic And System Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software. It also involves replacement of the Oxygen (O2) Sensor and cleaning or replacement of the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 1/2 if necessary depending on Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) that may have set. A small number of customers may experience an intermittent engine shudder or vibration which may not set a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). Part Description: Bumper Step Pad Issue Description: Customer may notice the center section of the step pad is not sitting flat. It will appear raised either left or right of center. Please photograph the condition, measure the gap between the bumper and step pad. Then contact Jim Allie via Cell Phone (248) 736-5349 with this information. We may want to have the whole bumper assembly returned for study. ~ If the dealership is within the Metro Detroit Area, Jim would like to analyze the vehicle in person prior to repair. ~ If the dealership is not close, please take pictures and a detailed description of what is causing the issue including where on the Step Pad the issue is occurring. A customer may experience, SXM (Sirius/XM) radio has intermittent muting. This occurs in areas where XM signal is degraded and cell signal is very weak. The condition happens when the optional vehicle internet connection through the cell network is in use with the internal vehicle Wi-Fi. This Symptom/Condition Only Applies to 2014-2015 WD, WK or KL Vehicles. A customer may experience a popping noise when listening to AM stations.
