E3282026-09-23. Service campaign. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Certain chassis with CARB 2024 compliant MX-13 engines must have the PEU wiring harnesses updated. The original wiring and fuse are insufficient for electrical system operation and protection.

43-0892026-07-22. Service bulletin. ENGINE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. An optional software update is expected to be available on or after 07/31/26 for chassis equipped with EPA 2024 engine model year (EMY) 2024-2026 PACCAR MX-11 and MX-13 engines. This update provides customers with additional time to service their trucks before a DEF-related derate occurs. The software is being offered to customers in alignment with recently updated regulatory agency guidance.
32-0092026-07-21. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The battery care, maintenance, and charging guidelines have been updated to include Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) battery information. Dealers are responsible for maintaining inventory trucks and on-shelf batteries.
31-0022026-07-21. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. An installation guide is now available for temporary solar battery maintainers used on vehicles in dealer inventory. Using solar battery maintainers according to the attached guide can reduce instances of dead or undercharged batteries in stock vehicles at dealerships. Use of solar maintainers is considered a best practice for battery maintenance.

43-080 PB2025-04-04. Service campaign. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. As of 03/25/2025, this campaign has resumed. Software updates are now available to complete this campaign.
E322 - PB2025-02-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE. Campaign An MX-13 CARB Software update is available to improve reliability and uptime. The software must be updated to NA-110C before releasing any chassis to the final customer. Certain Vehicle Model Year 2025 567, 579, and 589 chassis equipped with Engine Model Year (EMY) 2024 CARB MX-13 engines and NA-100C software may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) due to a software issue. Without this update, a derate may occur. Campaign start date is 01/15/2025.
24PBL2025-02-05. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Safety Recall Updated software and procedures are now available. Certain Vehicle Model Year 2021-2025 Peterbilt chassis configured for trailer towing require a software update for the Bendix EC80 ABS ECU. Software update procedures for certain Battery-Electric Vehicles (BEV) and EC80 ABS ECU part numbers are not yet available. This bulletin will be updated when software update procedures are available for these chassis. Safety Recall publish date: 1/10/25
R2306 - PB2024-12-03. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TCS case requirements for EMUX software and PACCAR MX Pack 2 injector upfit have been removed. Software has been campaigned for both processes, and software assistance is no longer required. All EMUX jumper harness retrofit procedures have been updated to include a soft reverification step and procedures for 520, 567 car carrier, and 2.1m MD have been updated to include R&R procedures for VECU3. Parts Matrix has been updated – VECU3 has been added to numerous chassis.
27-0102024-10-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN. Fix As Fail Approximately 150 chassis built with an Allison 6th Gen 4500 series 6-speed transmission were assembled with the incorrect transmission harness. A procedure to re-pin transmission harness has been developed. Fix-as-Fail start date is 09/18/2024.
