NTB10029C2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. IF YOU CONFIRM There is a vibration or judder feeling from the rear of the vehicle; when making, turns, on dry roads, or at low speeds (under 40 MPH), and the vibration does not occur if the Electric Controlled Coupling is electrically disconnected. ACTION Replace the Electric Controlled Coupling for the rear final drive. See this bulletin for further detail.
NTB15062A2021-05-10. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; BACK OVER PREVENTION; EQUIPMENT; SUSPENSION; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. IF YOU CONFIRM There is a popping noise from either the right or the left front coil springs when turning to the right or left. NOTE: Electronic chassis ears may be helpful in isolating this type of noise. ACTION Replace both front coil springs, strut mount bearings, and all other parts listed under PARTS INFORMATION. Position the coil springs as shown on pages 2-5. Check the front end alignment, adjust to factory specifications as needed. NOTE: Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), section FSU Front Suspension, for strut coil spring removal, installation, and alignment information. IMPORTANT: The Coil Spring Installation Guidelines section in this bulletin MUST be followed in order for a correct repair to be performed.
PC3922021-05-10. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. Nissan is conducting a dealer inventory inspection to inspect the right and left transverse link (TV) pivot bolt to ensure that the locking nut is present and torqued to the correct specification.

IF YOU CONFIRM Vibration, booming or drone is present while stopped, at idle and transmission is in Drive: * From the steering wheel with the A/C ON. DOR-H5Y5B-012020-01-13. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; SUSPENSION. This SKU is a Suspension Ball Joint. The customer communication requested return of unsold inventory to inspect for the outer diameter of the ball joint housing being too small. The outer diameter being too small would prevent the part from being installed, and would therefore have no impact on the end user besides time to complete installation.

SUSPENSION. 2014 - 2019 ROGUE; SQUEAK/CREAK NOISE FROM FRONT SUSPENSION BOUND BUMPER DRIVING OVER BUMPS IF YOU CONFIRM Using the flow chart on page 2, a squeak/creak noise is heard coming from the left or right front suspension bound bumper when driving over speed bumps or similar road surfaces. NOTE: This squeak/creak noise, if it should occur, is more noticeable in cold weather. ACTION Replace the front suspension bound bumper, only on the side that is making noise. - Refer to the appropriate Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for replacement information. SUSPENSION > FRONT SUSPENSION > REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > FRONT COIL SPRING AND STRUT > Removal and Installation. - Pages 4 - 6 in this bulletin contain helpful information to perform this procedure. - Make sure to replace the one-time-use nuts listed in the PARTS INFORMATION. - Check the front wheel alignment; adjust to factory specifications as needed. NOTE: DO NOT apply lubricant to the bound bumper to resolve this issue.
