See Figure 1. The return label is included with the new replacement battery module.

Follow the steps in this bulletin to determine if this OCS retrofit procedure is applicable to the vehicle you are working on.
NTB16-1232017-08-01. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. PLASTIC INTERIOR TRIM PROTECTIVE COVERING REMOVAL SERVICE INFORMATION Vehicles are delivered with plastic interior trim protective covering on the front and rear seats, front and rear door panel finishers, steering wheel, and sun visors (see examples on page 2). When removing the protective covering, care must be used to avoid scuffs, scrapes, cuts, and other abrasive contact to interior trim components. DO NOT use sharp objects like razor blades, box cutters, knives, etc. when removing the plastic interior trim protective covering. IMPORTANT All soft trim described in this bulletin is on automatic return to NNA. Any trim found damaged in the way described in this bulletin will be charged back to the dealer.

OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM LIGHT OPERATION LOGIC CHANGE SERVICE INFORMATION Nissan is issuing this Technical Service Bulletin to clarify that a change has been made for the logic that controls the Occupant Classification System (OCS) and “passenger airbag indicator” (PABI), as described in the Owner’s Manual. This TSB applies only to vehicles using the 2-sensor OCS. Those changes are: • PABI light is ON with an empty front passenger seat.
