SA-025-252025-06-05. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Some vehicles may exhibit wiper blade contact with the A-pillar trim, with or without a chattering noise. This condition may be caused by worn or contaminated wiper blades. It can also be caused by bent wiper arms, or loose wiper arm retaining nuts due to improper handling. Improper handling occurs when pulling on or forcing the wiper arms. Technicians should be aware that while replacement of the wiper blade may resolve some cases, correction of bent components or repositioning of the wiper arms, particularly when the retaining nut is loose, requires additional steps to ensure proper alignment and function.
SA-079-232024-01-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; VISIBILITY. Some customers may complain about color discrepancies (brightness differences) of the image displayed on the screen when using the 360°view monitor. As this phenomenon is not a system failure, do not make any repairs or replace any parts.
SA-039-23a2023-10-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; VISIBILITY:POWER WINDOW DEVICES AND CONTROLS. Some vehicles may experience exterior trim heat damage when parked near a glass building or Low-E windows. This may be caused by the sun's reflection.
SA-012-232023-04-04. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM; VISIBILITY. Some customers may report an odor or water in the HVAC system and upon inspection, the cabin air filter may be found to be wet.
SA-045-22a2023-01-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; VISIBILITY:GLASS, SIDE/REAR. The purpose of this Service Alert is to remind dealers to keep the protective films on the piano black door garnishes attached until just before delivering the vehicle to the customer. The protective films are attached on new vehicles when shipped from the factory in order to avoid being scratched during transportation and while in dealer stock.
07-002-222022-05-05. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may complain that it takes a long time to switch between heating and cooling. Due to the nature of the EV's air conditioning system of using a heat pump, there is a sudden change in the refrigerant flow path that can cause a sudden pressure difference when switching between heating and cooling that can result in a strange clanking noise. As a countermeasure, an interval is set for the time it takes to switch between heating and cooling. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the heat pump control unit has been modified to shorten the switching time between heating and cooling.
