| 09-011-18-3448 | 2018-04-23. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TAIL LIGHTS; EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS. Some customers may complain of condensation/fog inside the front (headlamp/headlight) or rear (taillamp/taillight) combination lights. The recent new models have been fitted with a clear lens which can cause the symptom to be more noticeable, however, it does not affect the performance of the light. This condensation/fog is a natural phenomenon that occurs when there is a fairly large temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the light housing. It is normal for very small water drops to appear incertain locations on the light units where the air is stagnant (condensation), making the lens look whitish (fog). This happens mostly in the corners and narrow spaces, and will typically clear during warmer ambient temperatures, or when the lights have been on for some time. |
| 02-005-18-3444 | 2018-04-23. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. Beginning with the CX-5, grip type front and rear stabilizer bushings have been incorporated for noise prevention purposes. If any type of grease or lubrication is applied to the bushings, it may create noise due to bushing slippage. |

Please explain this to the customer before updating the software. If the customer agrees, turn off the tachometer display on the AD-Display tab in MAZDA CONNECT Settings before performing the update. | 04-002-18-3435 | 2018-04-23. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC. Some vehicles may exhibit a squeak type noise from the rear brakes when driving at approximately 6- 12 mph (10-20 km/h) with or without light braking. The noise usually occurs when driving immediately after the parking brake is released, and may be caused by the use of double-sided adhesive tape on the original brake pads. The tape causes less contact between the pad and its support when braking, especially with light braking where vibration of the brake supporting parts results in squeak noise from the rear brake. To eliminate this concern, the specification of the rear brake pad has been changed (slit up pad and elimination of double-sided adhesive tape). |

This may be caused by frozen water accumulated in the main silencer, restricting exhaust flow. |
| 09-005-18-3414 | 2018-03-05. Service bulletin. SEATS:FRONT ASSEMBLY:POWER ADJUST. Some vehicles may exhibit excessive operating noise when sliding the driver and/or passenger power seat(s) back and forth. The noise may be caused by cable vibration, which transmits power from the motor to the gears. The cable vibrates inside the cable casing due to inadequately wrapped fabric around the cable. To eliminate this concern, the power seat cable has been changed to a type that produces less friction and noise. |

(CX-3, CX-5 and Mazda6) The bump stopper (C) may be contacting the strut bearing when the front shock absorber is compressed, causing a popping noise. In addition, the system reduces damage in the event of a collision by operating the brake control when the system determines that a collision is unavoidable. It may also be possible to avoid a collision depending on the relative speed between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. In addition, when the driver depresses the brake pedal, the brakes are applied firmly and quickly to assist. |
