Service bulletins for the 2016 Mazda Mazda3

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

09-026-19-36132019-08-02. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD. Some vehicles may exhibit the cushion tape (1) attached to the front end of dashboard coming off and showing at the base of the windshield. This is caused by the cushion tape peeling off from the end(s) due to interference with the windshield and vehicle vibration (CX-5/Mazda6) or from the gap between the dashboard and the cushion tape because there there is no rib (1) at the dashboard ends (Mazda3). To prevent the tape from peeling off, both ends of the cushion tape are now folded over to the back side of the dashboard (CX-5/Mazda6) or stapled (Mazda3).
SA-058-172017-08-10. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD. CAUTION: DO NOT attempt any repair of the windshield damaged by stone chipping/cracks at the area in front of the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) and Laser Sensor. Replace the windshield with a new one instead.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
