09-014-21-3802a	2021-10-31. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may exhibit a crack in the lower center area of the windshield. This may be caused by fixtures located at the center of the cowl grille, which result in higher pressures applied to the windshield. When small pebbles/rocks are caught between the cowl grille and the windshield, deep scratches can lead to a crack in the windshield. To prevent this concern in the future, the cowl grille will be modified to reduce the pressure to the windshield.
SA-051-20	2020-06-02. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may experience an engine no start/no crank with either of the following DTC's stored: P0615:12 - Starter relay circuit malfunction B112A:12 - IG2 relay circuit malfunction. This may be caused by water contamination/corrosion at electrical connector C-04 due to: Windshield tint installation: Windshield tint installed to block UV light. The water used during the installation of the tint may run down behind the dashboard. Carefully inspect the windshield to see if window tint has been installed or not. Some window tint film appears clear and is for UV light only. Windshield repair/replacement: Poor windshield sealing during installation can cause an internal water leak. Water may run down behind the dashboard.
09-026-19-3613	2019-08-02. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may exhibit the cushion tape (1) attached to the front end of dashboard coming off and showing at the base of the windshield. This is caused by the cushion tape peeling off from the end(s) due to interference with the windshield and vehicle vibration (CX-5/Mazda6) or from the gap between the dashboard and the cushion tape because there there is no rib (1) at the dashboard ends (Mazda3). To prevent the tape from peeling off, both ends of the cushion tape are now folded over to the back side of the dashboard (CX-5/Mazda6) or stapled (Mazda3).
15-001-16-3126	2017-06-09. Service bulletin. SOME VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING 2 SYMPTOMS, EVEN THOUGH THE WINDSHIELD IS CLEAR: 1. 09-042-15-3102	2017-06-08. Service bulletin. SOME VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT SMALL AIR BUBBLES AROUND THE UPPER LEFT CORNER OF THE WINDSHIELD. AN IMPROPER PRODUCTION PROCESS CAUSED REMAINING AIR TO BE TRAPPED BETWEEN THE GLASS AND THE INTERMEDIATE FILM. THE PRODUCTION PROCESS HAS BEEN IMPROVED TO ELIMINATE THIS CONCERN.

WHEN THE WINDSHIELD BECOMES FOGGY IN THE WINTER TIME OR OTHER COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LDWS/HBC WARN-ING LIGHTS TURN ON, DRIVE WITH THE DEFROSTER ON FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. THIS WILL HELP CLEAR THE FOGGY WINDSHIELD AT THE FSC.
