By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
23V4870002023-07-14. BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA. Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Mazda3 and 2016-2021 CX-3 vehicles. The rearview camera image may not display properly by showing a flickering or distorted image.
17V3930002017-06-22. PARKING BRAKE. Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2014-2015 Mazda6 and 2014-2016 Mazda3 vehicles. Water could possibly enter the brake caliper causing the parking brake actuator shaft to corrode and possibly bind. Built 2014-01-06 to 2016-09-02.
16V6840002016-09-22. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY. Mazda Motors North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain model year 2014-2016 Mazda3 vehicles manufactured January 4, 2014, to September 18, 2015. The fuel tank of the affected vehicles may have been improperly handled during manufacturing and, as a result, the welded attachment of the Inlet Check Valve (ICV) may fail and allow fuel to leak. Built 2014-01-04 to 2015-09-18.
14V1730002014-04-03. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:ALTERNATOR/GENERATOR/REGULATOR. Mazda North America Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain model year 2014 Mazda3 vehicles manufactured June 12, 2013, through December 18, 2013, and model year 2014-2015 Mazda6 vehicles manufactured May 20, 2013, through December 4, 2013, and both equipped with a 2.5L engine and a regenerative engine braking system. When driving the affected vehicles in heavy rain or in deep puddles, the alternator belt may slip causing the Power Control module (PCM) to incorrectly assume failure of the charging system. Built 2013-06-12 to 2013-12-18.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20233912023-07-14. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, a problem with the rearview camera connector could cause distortion or flickering of the rearview camera image. Note: This recall only affects hatchback (5-door) models. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mazda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the rearview camera and install a seal for the wiring harness. The dealer will replace the rearview camera, if necessary.
20173122017-06-22. Brakes. On certain vehicles equipped with hand-operated parking brakes, the rear brake caliper protective boot on the parking brake system may not perform as intended, causing the parking brake actuator shaft to corrode. Over time, the actuator shaft may become stuck in the brake caliper body which could lead to decreased parking brake holding force or cause the parking brake to drag while driving. Decreased parking brake holding force could cause the vehicle to roll away if parked on a slope which would increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the rear caliper assemblies as necessary.
20164642016-09-22. Fuel System. On certain vehicles. the fuel tank may contain a defect which could allow a weld to break, potentially resulting in a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect the fuel tank and replace if necessary.
20141132014-04-07. Electrical. On certain vehicles equipped with the regenerative braking system, a fault could cause the charging system to malfunction, which would display the charging system malfunction warning light and error message. Continued vehicle operation in this state could result in an engine stall and a loss of motive power. This could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the powertrain control module.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
