Damage can occur when using some cleaners that contain strong acid, alkaline cleanser or organic solvent. Damage caused by using these cleaners is not covered by Mazda's New Vehicle Limited Warranty term.

THE PURPOSE OF A PERMANENT DTC IS TO PREVENT CUSTOMERS FROM CLEARING THEM BY DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY CABLE IN ORDER TO PASS A SMOG CHECK.
