| 09-033-25 | 2025-09-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. Some vehicles may exhibit the following behavior: If the power liftgate (PLG) encounters an obstruction during opening or closing, the jam-safe function is designed to stop the liftgate and reverse it slightly. Normally, pressing the liftgate button (dash, liftgate, or remote) after this happens should cause the liftgate to continue in the reverse direction. Due to a software issue, if the liftgate button is pressed after the jam-safe function is activated, the liftgate may instead continue moving in the direction of the obstruction. This occurs randomly and cannot be predicted. To correct this concern, the control software of the power liftgate control module has been modified to ensure the liftgate always continues in the reverse direction when the opener switch is operated immediately after the jam-safe function is activated. |
| 09-031-25 | 2025-09-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. While driving on gravel or dusty roads, dust accumulates at the lower inner edge of the door garnish. When the rear door is opened, the dust may be blown up and enter the cabin, adhering to the seats and the floor. This is caused by a large gap at the lower part of the boundary between the rear door and the front door, and air containing dust and/or sand is sucked up into the gap, accumulating at the lower edge of the rear door garnish while driving. To eliminate this concern, a mass production change is under study. |
| 09-014-25a | 2025-09-04. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some vehicles may exhibit sagging (1) at the front side of the rear sunshade(s) (2) or a difference in tension between the front and rear of the sunshade(s). When the rear sunshade is fully pulled up and then hooked up, the front hook's position may be lower, causing sagging on the front side of the rear sunshade. |

| 09-029-25 | 2025-08-05. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some customers may notice an abnormal noise (i.e. whine, groan, rattle or squeak) coming from the front combination lights when turning them on, or a few minutes after turning them off. The noise may be due to contamination by foreign matter during the manufacturing process and the fan motor bearing may become worn out during use. To eliminate this concern, the fan motor has been modified. NOTE: It is normal for some noise to occur within the first few seconds after starting the engine, when the front combination lights perform a self check (sweep). |
| 02-002-25 | 2025-08-05. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. Some vehicles may experience a knocking noise from the front suspension when driving on a rough road or traveling over bumps. This noise is caused by a gap between the front strut bump stopper and the mounting rubber that is pushed up when roads are bumpy. To eliminate this concern, the outer diameter of the bump stopper has been modified to prevent the knocking sound during driving on a rough road or traveling over bumps. |
| SA-032-25 | 2025-07-02. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some customers may complain about a noisy HVAC blower motor or odor after a cabin air filter replacement. Foreign debris on the blower motor after servicing the cabin air filter may be the cause. During the removal of the cabin air filter, foreign debris (leaves, dust, dirt....ect.) may fall on the blower motor causing a fluttering type noise or odor. |
| SA-031-25 | 2025-07-02. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some customers may report an odor or water in the HVAC system and upon inspection, the cabin air filter may be found to be wet. |

| SA-007-25a | 2025-07-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The Mazda DCA-8000 is required for all warranty battery testing. If the Mazda DCA-8000 is not used, incorrect battery testing may result in unnecessary battery replacement. Use the following test procedures in this Service Bulletin to test Mazda vehicle batteries and to generate a Warranty Code. NOTE: A Warranty Code is required for warranty claim submission Battery Identification (Mazda batteries have 2 rating types) 1. JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard): JIS codes are six-digit alpha-numeric markings molded into the top of the battery to identify a battery by the capacity (amps), dimensions, and battery terminal type. Vehicles manufactured in Japan come from the factory with a JIS rated battery. NOTE: Replacement batteries may use a CCA rating. If so, use the CCA rating listed on the battery. 2. CCA (Cold Cranking Amps): CCA ratings are normally located on a sticker affixed to the top of the battery to indicate a battery’s Cold Cranking Amps. CCA rated batteries are supplied with domestically produced vehicles. NOTE: If an incorrect CCA rating is entered into the Mazda DCA-8000, it will result |
| SA-033-25 | 2025-07-01. Service bulletin. ENGINE. Some vehicles may experience a CHECK ENGINE light ON with DTC P0012, P0011, and possibly P0010. This may be caused by a malfunction in the intake EVVT motor that prevents it from accurately regulating the intake camshaft timing. |
| 09-025-25 | 2025-07-01. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some customers may complain that the rear outer handle is difficult to operate or that it gets stuck when released after being pulled once. This is caused when the rear outer handle and the rear handle bracket swell up from absorbing water and the space between them is reduced, resulting in friction and resistance when returning to the rest position after the handle has been pulled. To eliminate this concern, the rear outer handle and the rear outer handle bracket have been further modified to secure space between them even if the parts absorb water. |

Mazda Motor Corporation has decided to conduct an Emission Recall on certain 2024-2025 CX-90 and 2025 CX-70 PHEV vehicles. Please see the description, model, year, and VIN range below for all vehicles in this campaign. There are 38,812 vehicles affected by this concern in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Vehicles produced and sold by Mazda Canada Inc. are also included in this campaign and should be repaired if presented to your dealership following Mazda Warranty policy 3.30.STOP DELIVERY OF AFFECTED VEHICLES: MAZDA SALES AND SERVICE TEAMS - ACTION ITEM: There are approximately 5,197 vehicles in stock at U.S. Mazda dealers which must be repaired prior to delivery. All Mazda dealers must quarantine any affected new, used or CPO in-stock vehicles until the repair is completed. The affected dealer inventory list was provided to each District Service Manager with the notification of this dealer email. Once completed, the car can be delivered, and the Warranty claim can be submitted later without penalty since the car has been repaired. To All Mazda Dealers: Failure to properly perform any recall repair is a direct violation of Paragraph 14(F) of the Dealer Agreement and can cause one or more of the following: Mechanical breakdown or failure, crash or injury, Dealership penalties/fines by Mazda and CARB/EPA, increased liability risk for the dealership, Missed Recall penalties, loss of customer trust and a poor Customer Experience. Concern Outline: All vehicles can be repaired immediately upon receipt of this Mazda Dealer announcement by following the repair and warranty claiming procedures housed in Mazda Global Service Support (MGSS). On certain subject vehicles, during normal driving, a temporary decrease in insulation resistance may be detected, which could be mistakenly judged as an electric leakage, causing the hybrid system warning light to turn on and the leakage detection message to be displayed. The DTC P0AA6:00 may be stored in memory. In such a condition, once the vehicle power is switched off, it may become impossible to restart the vehicle due to fail-safe mode activation. Repair Outline: Reprogram the PCM with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS), using Mazda Diagnostic and Repair Software (MDARS). The DTC code that may appear is P0AA6:00 - High voltage insulation malfunction: Decrease in vehicle insulation resistance. The software update will re-calibrate electrical leakage detection criteria and allow vehicle re-start. Legitimate electrical leakage faults can still be detected and store DTC P0AA6:00. If DTC P0AA6:00 - High voltage insulation malfunction: Decrease in vehicle insulation resistance is still present after repair of the 7325C Recall, please diagnose the issue using the Workshop Manual or search for a current Technical Service Bulletin. |

| SA-025-25 | 2025-06-05. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Some vehicles may exhibit wiper blade contact with the A-pillar trim, with or without a chattering noise. This condition may be caused by worn or contaminated wiper blades. It can also be caused by bent wiper arms, or loose wiper arm retaining nuts due to improper handling. Improper handling occurs when pulling on or forcing the wiper arms. Technicians should be aware that while replacement of the wiper blade may resolve some cases, correction of bent components or repositioning of the wiper arms, particularly when the retaining nut is loose, requires additional steps to ensure proper alignment and function. |
| SA-022-25 | 2025-06-05. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Due to a manufacturing change, the CX-70/CX-90 transmission has undergone a transmission part design change when replacing the transmission assembly.
