04-003-19-3589a2019-07-01. Service bulletin. TIRES:PRESSURE MONITORING AND REGULATING SYSTEMS; WHEELS. Some vehicles may experience the TCS/DSC indicator light and the TPMS warning light both ON with DTC C0051:62 stored in memory. DTC C0051:62 - The difference between the initial learned value of the steering angle (as calculated by each sensor) and the steering angle (as calculated by the steering angle sensor) while driving in a straight line, has exceeded its allowable tolerance (or threshold). NOTE: For vehicles equipped with the Smart City Brake System (SCBS), the master warning light also comes ON with the message "SCBS Inspection Required" in the display. The symptoms may occur when the following conditions are met: After starting the engine, the vehicle is driven backwards while the steering wheel is turned to the left or to the right or going forward over a bump while turning the steering wheel. The vehicle is then driven forward and begins accelerating while the steering wheel is still turned. To eliminate this concern, the DSC HU/CM software has been changed.

06-003-19-35882019-05-30. Service bulletin. STEERING; STEERING: STEERING WHEEL/HANDLE BAR. Some customers may notice the heated steering wheel shuts off by itself after approx. 5 - 7 minutes after turning it on. The heated steering wheel is designed to stay on for 30 minutes before shutting off by itself. This may be due because the temperature around the thermostat is greatly increased due to the incorrect positioning of the steering wheel heating element. This results in the electrical supply to the heater being prematurely shut off. To eliminate this concern, the position of the steering wheel heating element has been changed and aluminum tape has been applied to it.
05-004-19-34662019-05-30. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some vehicles may experience the check engine light and automatic transaxle warning light ON with one or more of these DTCs stored in the TCM memory (P0842, P0847, P0872, P0877, P0780, P1738). P0842:00 - Oil pressure switch No. 1 (oil pressure switch B) stuck on P0847:00 - Oil pressure switch No. 2 (oil pressure switch A) stuck on P0872:00 - Oil pressure switch No. 3 (oil pressure switch A) stuck on P0877:00 - Oil pressure switch No. 4 (oil pressure switch B) stuck on P0780:00 - Gear shifting malfunction P1738:00 - Automatic transaxle internal malfunction This is caused by the oil pressure switch A and/or B at the control valve body temporarily or permanently getting stuck due to contamination entering the passage. To correct the problem, some mass production changes have been implemented to reduce contamination and improve the DTC diagnostic logic. NOTE: If the vehicle also has a delayed engagement concern, this TSB is not applicable. Refer to the instructions on MGSS (SLOW ENGAGING AFTER OPERATING SELECTOR LEVER FROM N TO D POSITION [FW6A-EL/FW6AX-EL]) or (SLOW ENGAGING AFTER OPERATING SELECTOR LEVER FROM N TO D POSITION [EW6A-EL/EW6AX-EL]) for proper diagnosis and repair procedure.
01-010-19-3582a2019-05-30. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some vehicles may experience a lack of power and the check engine light on with DTC P61B:00 stored in the PCM memory when driving in high temperatures at high elevations. DTC P061B:00 - [PCM] Internal control module torque calculation performance problem This concern may be caused by improper PCM control logic. The engine torque calculation error may increase in high temperatures at high elevations. To eliminate this concern, the PCM software has been modified.
09-020-19-35242019-05-03. Service bulletin. SEATS. Some customer may complain of warping on the driver seat cushion trim, which may cause poor appearance complaints. This is caused by a gap between the leather seat surface and the seat cushion pad due to insufficient tension on the seat trim. To eliminate this concern, a non-woven fabric has been attached to the backside of the seat trim to increase tension.

DTC U3000:04-0A (Forward sensing camera (FSC) internal malfunction) is stored in the FSC module and cannot be erased. This concern may be caused by a hardware failure of an internal device of the FSC, which results in a malfunction detection. To eliminate this concern, the production process of the FSC has been modified.
05-002-19-35762019-03-29. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; POWER TRAIN:AXLE ASSEMBLY. Some customers may complain of a whining noise from the automatic transaxle when driving at 10 mph and above. The noise: •Depends on the vehicle’s speed only (the more speed, the more noise)•Occurs with all types of driving (acceleration, deceleration, steady speed)•Does not depend on rpm, gear, or ATF temperature. This is caused by a damaged bearing in the transaxle due to improper configuration of the transaxle case. A modification has now been implemented on automatic transaxles with the following serial numbers: •7TN0820364 and higher (CX-3) / 8TN1090104 and higher (except CX-3) •8TR1008883 and higher •8TD1003276 and higher •8T50331192 and higher (CX-3) / 8T50329705 and higher (except CX-3).
03-001-19-3505b2019-03-29. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:DRIVELINE:DRIVESHAFT. Some vehicles may exhibit a squeak noise from the right front driveshaft at the automatic transaxle when driving. This concern is likely to occur when driving at speeds between 37-50 mph (60-80 km/h) with the ATF at normal operating temperature. The noise is caused by stick/slip between the oil seal at the transaxle and the dust cover of the driveshaft. To correct this issue, the thickness of the dust cover has been increased.
01-010-19-35822019-03-29. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); ENGINE. Some customers may complain of foggy rear combination lights (as shown below) after a car wash or heavy rain. This concern may be caused by water entering into the rear combination lights through the ventilation tubes. To eliminate this from occurring, the ventilation tubes have been changed to a ventilation cap design.
09-003-19-3555a2019-03-20. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING; EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS; EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TAIL LIGHTS. Some customers may complain of condensation/fog inside the front (headlamp/headlight) or rear (taillamp/taillight) combination lights. The recent new models have been fitted with a clear lens which can cause the symptom to be more noticeable, however, it does not affect the performance of the light. This condensation/fog is a natural phenomenon that occurs when there is a fairly large temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the light housing. It is normal for very small water drops to appear in certain locations on the light units where the air is stagnant (condensation), making the lens look whitish (fog). This happens mostly in the corners and narrow spaces, and will typically clear during warmer ambient temperatures, or when the lights have been on for some time.
15-001-19-3517a2019-03-19. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING; SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL; LANE DEPARTURE; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE. Some vehicles may experience a SBS/SCBS, LAS/LDWS and/or ADAPTIVE LED headlight /HBC warning light on with the DTC U0155:00 stored in memory. The warning lights may stay on while these functions are deactivated. This concern may be caused by faulty Instrument Cluster software. To eliminate this concern, the software has been modified. NOTE: The Mazda Diagnostic Reprogramming Tool (MDRT) loaner program begins effective Jan. 30, 2019.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
