A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 09-032-19-3579 | 2019-08-21. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION. Some customers may experience improper operation of the rear parking system with beep sounds coming from the rear parking sensor when there are no obstacles behind the vehicle. This occurs when the blower fan is on (at any fan speed) and the transmission is in "R" position. The concern is caused by electrical noise from the blower fan controller circuit affecting the rear parking sensor circuit. To eliminate this concern, the harness to the rear parking sensor has been twisted to improve its tolerance to electrical noise. |
| SA-006-19a | 2019-05-30. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may complain about a MAZDA CONNECT system reboot or blank screen. Use the flowchart below to repair the vehicle. |
| 15-006-17-3388 | 2017-11-14. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION: CAMERA SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; SERVICE BRAKES. Some customers may complain about one or more warning lights ON when they start the vehicle during hot weather. The following DTCs are stored in memory: U3000:98 - Forward sensing camera (FSC) stops functioning due to temporary high temperature. U3000:04 - Forward sensing camera (FSC) internal malfunction. The combination of warning lights mentioned by the customer may include: Instrument Cluster Multi-Information Display (if equipped) warning messages may include: Forward Smart City Brake Support Malfunction, Smart Brake System Malfunction, Front Camera Sensor System Malfunction, MAZDA CONNECT center display warning messages may include: High Beam Control [HBC] / Lane-keep Assist System [LAS] Malfunction. Have the vehicle checked by a dealer if this indicator stays on. Smart City Brake Support [SCBS] Malfunction. Have the vehicle checked by a dealer immediately. Note: The center display Warning Messages are only displayed when the customer selects Applications>Vehicle Status Monitor>Warning Guidance>Warnings. This condition may be caused by FSC control logic that is too sensitive. When the FSC detects DTC U3000:98 during high temperature, it stops the internal communication and stores DTC U3000:04. DTC U3000:04 will not clear and SCBS/SBS, LAS/LDWS, and/or HBC functions will not resume until the ignition switch has been turned OFF even if the temperature of the FSC cools. |
