A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SA-039/25 | 2025-09-05. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; STRUCTURE:BODY. Some vehicles may experience exterior trim heat damage such (melted, separating, etc.) when parked near a glass building or Low-E windows. This may be caused by the sun's reflection. If a structure's windows create enough of a curve, the concave glass can focus the sun's rays onto a small area and acting like magnifiying glass direct the sunbeams into a hot pinpoint of light. This magnifcation of the sun's rays can cause damage to vehicle trim (see examples). Additional information and exemplar images regarding this phenomenon can be found by performing a google search. |

Interior parts made of resin have antistatic coating to prevent dust from sticking on the surfaces, and depending on the conditions of use, the antistatic components may crystallize slightly, giving an appearance of white stains on the surface. To remove the stains, wipe the stained surface with a towel soaked with water mixed with a small portion of a neutral detergent. | 09-026-20-3735 | 2020-09-01. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some vehicles may experience one or more of the following symptoms in connection with a malfunction related to the C-15 connector. • The driver side power window does not operate. • The door does not open when using the advanced keyless system. • The warning lamp stays ON even after the ignition switch is turned OFF. • DTC B10E7:17 (START STOP UNIT, IG1 Relay Circuit Malfunction) and DTCs related to communication errors may be stored in PCM memory. • Engine no start due to battery discharge. • Clicking sound from throttle body. The symptoms listed above may be caused by corrosion of the C-15 connector terminals due to water intrusion through the front door. In low ambient temperatures, the door harness hardens. If the door is fully opened, it may create a gap between the door and the door harness grommet, which may allow water to enter through the gap. |
| SA-009-20 | 2020-01-30. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; STRUCTURE. LACK OF POWER UNDER HEAVY LOAD WITH NO WARNING LIGHTS OR DTCS: Some customers may complain of a lack of power under heavy load without any warning lights or DTCs. | 09-026-19-3613 | 2019-08-02. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD. Some vehicles may exhibit the cushion tape (1) attached to the front end of dashboard coming off and showing at the base of the windshield. This is caused by the cushion tape peeling off from the end(s) due to interference with the windshield and vehicle vibration (CX-5/Mazda6) or from the gap between the dashboard and the cushion tape because there there is no rib (1) at the dashboard ends (Mazda3). To prevent the tape from peeling off, both ends of the cushion tape are now folded over to the back side of the dashboard (CX-5/Mazda6) or stapled (Mazda3). |
| 09-030-19-3598 | 2019-08-02. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; STRUCTURE:BODY:HATCHBACK/LIFTGATE. Some vehicles may exhibit a squeak noise when opening and/or closing the liftgate. This concern only occurs on vehicles where the liftgate stay damper recall (9916H) was previously performed. Some of the liftgate stay damper rods used for the recall were chrome-plated, which is smooth and may cause a shortage of oil film to the stay damper rod. The squeak noise occurs due to the friction between the gas sealing and the damper rod when opening and/or closing the liftgate. |
| 09-015-19-3578 | 2019-03-29. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR. Some customers may complain that the rear door seaming welt (1) comes off when stepping in and/or out of the vehicle.
