09-027-21-38292021-10-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; SEATS. Some vehicles (without power seats) may exhibit a driver seat that gradually moves down by itself. This concern may be caused when a load, which is applied to the seat during braking, exceeds a certain level that could impact the retaining mechanism of the seat lifter causing the seat to gradually move downward. To eliminate this concern, the play in the lift mechanism gears has been reduced.
09-011-17-3339a2021-03-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:CHARGING:CABLE/CORD:ACCESSORY; SEATS:FRONT ASSEMBLY:POWER ADJUST. Some vehicles may exhibit excessive noise when operating either front power seat forward or backward. The noise may be caused by cable vibration, which transmits power from the motor to the gears. The cable vibrates inside the case due to inadequate fabric wrapped around the cable. The fabric thickness has been increased to eliminate the noise.
09-005-18-3414a2018-08-20. Service bulletin. SEATS. Some vehicles may exhibit excessive operating noise when sliding the driver and/or passenger power seat(s) back and forth. The noise may be caused by cable vibration, which transmits power from the motor to the gears. The cable vibrates inside the cable casing due to inadequately wrapped fabric around the cable. To eliminate this concern, the power seat cable has been changed to a type that produces less friction and noise.
09-017-18-3437a2018-05-14. Service bulletin. SEATS:FRONT ASSEMBLY:SEAT HEATER/COOLER. Some vehicles may exhibit inoperative driver and/or front passenger side seat warmer(s) in any mode (High, Mid and Low). This may be caused by repeated load applied to the seat cushion (1) while the seat isoccupied. A section of the heater mat (2) just above the reinforcement rod (3) in the cushion pad contactsinternal heater mat wire and causes damage (4).

Some vehicles may exhibit the driver and/or front passenger side seat warmer(s) malfunction on any mode (High, Mid and Low). This may be caused by repeated load applied to the seat cushion (A) while the seat is occupied. A section of the heater mat (B) just above the reinforcement rod (C) in the cushion pad (A) contacts internal heater mat wire and causes damage (D).
09-024-17-33502017-10-21. Service bulletin. SEATS.
09-032-13-28492017-08-10. Service bulletin. SEATS; EQUIPMENT. Some vehicles, equipped with a 4:2:4 split type rear seat, may exhibit a rattling noise when driving on rough roads. The noise is heard around the latch area of the rear center seat back, as shown below. This concern may be caused by a rubber stopper that has come off the rear center seat back bracket. The seat bracket contacts the striker and causes the noise. The shape of the rubber stopper and center seat back bracket have been changed to eliminate the noise.
09-034-15-30682017-06-07. Service bulletin. SEATS:FRONT ASSEMBLY:POWER ADJUST; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. SOME CUSTOMERS MAY COMPLAIN THAT THE FRONT POWER (DRIVER AND/OR PASSENGER) SEATS DO NOT SLIDE BACK AND FORTH PROPERLY OR THAT THEY MAY BE COMPLETELY INOPERATIVE. THIS CONCERN MAY BE CAUSED BY A FOREIGN OBJECT GETTING STUCK UNDER THE POWER SLIDE UNIT (BELOW) WHILE IN OPERATION. THIS CAN CAUSE MOTOR MOUNTING BRACKET (A) DEFORMATION, RESULTING IN MOTOR CABLE (B) BREAKAGE. TO ELIMINATE THIS CONCERN, THE SHAPE OF THE MOTOR MOUNTING BRACKET (A) HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO INCREASE ITS STRENGTH.
09-015-15-30262017-06-07. Service bulletin. SEATS:MID/REAR ASSEMBLY. WHEN FOLDING THE REAR SEAT BACK FORWARD, THE HEAD RESTRAINT (B) MAY CATCH ON THE FRONT SEAT BACK POCKET (A).
