Service bulletins for the 2020 Lincoln Navigator

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Bulletins, newest first
SSM 545552026-02-12. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; STRUCTURE:BODY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2020-2022-Corsair, 2021-2023 Nautilus, 2020-2024 Navigator/Aviator, and 2021-2024 Mustang Mach-E vehicles equipped with phone-as-a-key may exhibit various phone-as-a-key concerns with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) U200D:15, U200E:15, U200F:15, B1589:31/49 through B1598:31/49, B1A56:31/49, B1D55:31/49, and/or B15A5:56 stored in the remote function actuator (RFA) module. If any of these DTCs are detected during diagnostics, clear the DTCs, reprogram the RFA to the latest software level and start a new Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) session. Verify that DTCs are no longer present. If only the B1589:31/49 through B1598:31/49, B1A56:31/49, B1D55:31/49, and/or B15A5:56 DTCs return in the RFA after a self-test, follow normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics in Section 419-01. Repair as necessary outside of this article. For claiming, use causal part 14G617 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.
TSB 25-23452025-07-30. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an instrument panel upper section speaker grille that is lifted, warped, or not seated flush with the instrument panel. This may be due to upper section speaker grille clips that are not seating.
TSB 23-21812023-06-30. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES; STRUCTURE:BODY:HATCHBACK/LIFTGATE. Some 2020-2023 Explorer/Aviator vehicles may exhibit a lack of audio and/or a water leak in the rear liftgate area and/or water in the spare tire area. The customer may indicate that this concern is more noticeable after a car wash or rainfall. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to identify the leak path.
SSM 515362023-05-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. For 2000-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles, swapping a module from a vehicle for diagnosis purposes is likely to cause errors and is not recommended. It is also not recommended to order a replacement module using a vehicle identification number (VIN) from a different vehicle. Most modules on these affected vehicles are VIN/vehicle specific and hardware variations between modules do exist. Swapping a module from a vehicle or ordering a module using a different vehicle/VIN can cause ineffective repairs and additional vehicle down time. Make sure all appropriate Workshop Manual (WSM) procedures are followed when diagnosing the condition prior to all module replacements and only order modules using the correct VIN.
TSB 21-24192021-12-01. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; EQUIPMENT; STRUCTURE. Some 2018-2021 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 02-Aug-2021 may exhibit a condition where the gap hiders of the load floor compartment come detached. This may be due to the joint between the gap hiders and the bin. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to replace the damaged gap hiders.
TSB 21-22922021-09-30. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:SUN/MOON ROOF ASSEMBLY; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL; STRUCTURE:BODY:ROOF AND PILLARS. Some 2015-2021 F-150, 2017-2021 F-Super Duty and 2018-2021 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a vista roof opening panel may exhibit a binding/sticking, glass stuck open or closed, noisy operation including chatter, rattling, or grinding. This may be due to the glass panel brackets cracking and/or breaking apart. The glass panel brackets are serviceable separately from the frame assembly and require the roof opening panel glass to be moved to the vent position. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the roof opening panel glass brackets
SSM 494102021-01-05. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES; STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2020 Aviator/Navigator vehicles may exhibit the inability to unlock the doors using the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter, Lincoln Way App, and the passive entry system door handles. The door keypad and the mechanical key will be the only option to unlock the vehicle when this concern is present. In addition to the inability to unlock the vehicle, the vehicle may also exhibit a no crank/no start symptom. To address this condition, reprogram the body control module (BCM) using the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 15604 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
TSB 20-22332020-08-06. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. This article supersedes TSB 19-2026 to update the vehicle model years affected. Some 2000 and newer Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles equipped with aluminum body panels may exhibit corrosion concerns appearing as bubbled and/or peeling paint with or without accompanying white dust. Panel replacement is recommended.
TSB 19-23452019-12-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. Some 2018-2020 F-150/Expedition/Navigator/F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a water leak on the right front floor during or after the air conditioning (A/C) is used. This may be due to condensation from the evaporator drain tube entering the vehicle through the drain tube seal. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to install an elbow on the evaporator drain tube to direct condensation away from the seal.
