Service bulletins for the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

145 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

Bulletins, newest first
TSB 21-23402021-11-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:EXHAUST SYSTEM:EMISSION CONTROL:CRANKCASE (PCV); EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2019 Edge/Nautilus vehicles equipped with a 2.0L EcoBoost engine built on or before 22-Aug-2019 may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P04DB stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to various strategies within the PCM software. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to replace the crankcase ventilation tube assembly and reprogram the PCM.
TSB 19-20952019-05-06. Service bulletin. ENGINE; POWER TRAIN; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:EXHAUST SYSTEM:MANIFOLD/HEADER/MUFFLER/TAIL PIPE. Some 2019 Edge/Nautilus vehicles equipped with 2.0L EcoBoost engines built on or before 15-Mar-2019 may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2282 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This concern may be due to an intermittently stuck open brake vacuum tube assembly causing an uncommanded high air flow intake manifold leak. To resolve the condition, replace the brake vacuum tube assembly.
SSM 478172019-04-08. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:EXHAUST SYSTEM:MANIFOLD/HEADER/MUFFLER/TAIL PIPE; SERVICE BRAKES. Some 2019 Edge/Nautilus vehicles equipped with 2.0L EcoBoost engines may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2282 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This concern may be due to an intermittent stuck open brake vacuum on demand valve causing an uncommanded high air flow intake manifold leak. Inspect the vacuum on demand valve (K2GC-2420-AD/K2GZ-2420-A). The Powertrain Controls and Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) Manual Pinpoint Test HG and Workshop Manual are being updated to include a diagnostic routine for the vacuum on demand valve and a procedure to remove and install the vacuum on demand valve. Engineering is investigating, monitor OASIS for updates.
