| SSM 47739 | 2019-03-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; TIRES. Some 2019 Nautilus vehicles may encounter an issue during the EPDI process where the vehicle does not communicate properly or the EPDI tool will not accept the tire placard specification of 33 psi for 245/60R18 tire size equipped units. If the vehicle fails to communicate during EPDI, technicians should disable transport mode by depressing the brake pedal 5 times and then turning the hazards on/off twice within 10 seconds of turning the key on. Proceed with the inspection and manually enter the results into the online tool. The concern of not being able to communicate with the EPDI tool is not indicative of a vehicle issue. Submission of the inspection results using the online tool is required for claims payment of PDI allowance. Engineering is investigating, monitor OASIS for updates. |
