Service bulletins for the 2025 Lincoln Corsair
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 54610 | 2026-03-04. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Some 2025-2026 Escape/Corsair PHEV only vehicles built on 21-Jul-2025 and through 27-Oct-2025 may exhibit an intermittent no crank/no start condition with an illuminated MIL and Service Engine Soon message in the message center with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P1A42:00 and/or P1A0F:87 or stored in the battery energy control module (BECM). This may be due to the software in the gateway module (GWM). Reprogramming or replacing the secondary on-board diagnostic module-C (SOBDMC) or the BECM will not resolve this condition. For vehicles that exhibit this condition, download and run the "GWM - Gateway Module A (GWM) Software Update" application using the latest version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming use causal part 14G490 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4. |

| SSM 54593 | 2026-02-27. Service bulletin. ENGINE; POWER TRAIN; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Some 2024-2025 F-150, Expedition/Navigator, Escape/Corsair, Bronco, Explorer, Mustang, Maverick vehicles equipped with a 1.5/2.0/2.3/3.5L EcoBoost engine and built on 01-Oct-2024 and through 31-May-2025 may exhibit an extended crank condition, strong fuel smell in the engine oil, high engine oil level and/or may have various drivability diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) with an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). This may be due to an internal fuel leak of the high-pressure fuel pump causing fuel to enter the crankcase and reduce fuel pressure in the direct injection fuel rail. Diagnose this condition using Pinpoint Test HP located in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-04. If no DTCs are stored in the PCM, proceed from Step HP1 to Step HP5 and continue testing. Repair as necessary outside of this article. For claiming, if high-pressure fuel pump replacement is required, use causal part number 9D376 and labor operation code 9543A. If the root cause is identified as anything other than the fuel injection pump, claim the repair outside of this article. |
| SSM 54595 | 2026-02-27. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2025 Maverick/Corsair and 2025-2026 Escape/Bronco Sport vehicles equipped with an 8F35 transmission and built on 01-Sep-2024 and through 15-Sep-2025 may exhibit a condition where the vehicle will not shift out of Park (P) and exhibit an illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P07E6, P0760, P0761, P2706, P2707 and/or P2702 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). To correct the condition, replace the main control valve body. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01. For claiming, use causal part 7A100 and labor operations 7001D and 7001D14. |
| SSM 54491 | 2026-01-21. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Some 2021-2026 Escape/Corsair vehicles equipped with a roof opening panel may exhibit a sunshield with localized looseness/sagging or binding/inoperative. This may be due to a broken or missing sunshield fabric retainer/clip. A revised sunshield clip (5452118) is available to address this condition. It is not necessary to replace the entire sunshield assembly if the clip(s) are broken or missing. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-17 Roof Opening Panel for inspection and replacement of the roof opening panel shield clip. |

This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern. |
| SSM 54312 | 2025-10-28. Service bulletin. FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Some 2020-2026 Escape and 2021-2026 Corsair PHEV vehicles may require inspection of the high voltage battery due to rust, scratches, curb strikes, road debris, or other minor damage. Section 414-03A of the Workshop Manual (WSM) has recently been updated to improve diagnostics for such damage and provides a list of low-level serviceable components for instances where replacement of the high voltage battery assembly is not warranted. Refer to WSM, Section 414-03A High Voltage Battery, Mounting and Cables > Diagnosis and Testing > High Voltage Battery Minor Damage Inspection.
