This may be due to an internal fuel leak of the high-pressure fuel pump causing fuel to enter the crankcase and reduce fuel pressure in the direct injection fuel rail. Diagnose this condition using Pinpoint Test HP located in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-04. If no DTCs are stored in the PCM, proceed from Step HP1 to Step HP5 and continue testing. Repair as necessary outside of this article. For claiming, if high-pressure fuel pump replacement is required, use causal part number 9D376 and labor operation code 9543A. If the root cause is identified as anything other than the fuel injection pump, claim the repair outside of this article.

Some 2023-2026 Corsair vehicles may exhibit a concern when changing the fan speed, the fan speed display icon (OFF/AUTO/fan speed number) changes to a different language character or symbol. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via software updates delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected Q4 2025. Software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicles settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update by October 2025.
