Service bulletin TSB 25-2479
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 54720 | 2026-04-10. Service bulletin. Various 2020-2026 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern. |

| SSM 54246 | 2025-10-02. Service bulletin. A small percentage of 2023-2025 Escape/Corsair vehicles may exhibit a "Pre-Collision Assist Not Available" warning message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) along with other various driver assistance feature warning messages and various invalid data/lost communication diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in various modules after Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 25-2249 has been performed. The reoccurrence of these symptoms is related to a different root cause. This condition does not affect vehicle durability, and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in late October 2025. Replacement of the image processing module A (IPMA) will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. |

| SSM 53760 | 2025-05-14. Service bulletin. Some 2023-2024 Escape/Corsair vehicles equipped with driver assistance features with minor feature code DBCAB for Escape and minor feature code DBCBC for Corsair and 2022-2024 Expedition vehicles equipped with driver assistance features with minor feature codes DBCBB and DBCBC may exhibit driver assistance feature warning messages displayed in the IPC. Additionally, some modules may store invalid data/lost communication related DTCs. The image processing module A (IPMA) should not store these DTCs. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This condition may be due to the software in the IPMA, causing it to not communicate on the network. To restore communication and functionality, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" app in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Once IPMA communication has been restored, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module (IPMA) Alignment" |
