UAQ UCQ UAV, UCX, UAX and UCV Radio Over The Air Software Version Updates This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Flash Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. Once the FOTA has been completed, the software level will be 39.6.Review the table below to determine when the FOTA is due to be release. The release time is based on the current radio?s software application level. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Intermittently, when going into reverse, the rear view camera screen is blank. Intermittently, gridlines are not on the display screen when in reverse.

UAQ and UCQ Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to: 39.6.The repair procedure must be followed step by step. If the radio is not updated with the correct software level at the correct time the radio can be damaged. If the radio was damaged by not following the repairprocedure the radio may need to be replaced. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Lost radio presets. SXM favorite song not displaying/playing. Radio display screen is black, intermittent. Radio freeze intermittent. Incorrect navigation address/location/directions. Bluetooth pair or connection issue. Transmission Oil Cooler Lines Not Fully Engaged This bulletin involves visually inspecting both driver and passenger, upper and lower transmission oil cooler line quick connect attachments to the transmission and if not engaged, pushing the quick connect into the transmission until a click is heard or felt. Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: Transmission fluid leaking from under the vehicle. Transmission not shifting properly or transmission gradually loses the ability to transfer power to the wheels.
