Service bulletins for the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

634 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

08-039-132022-07-18. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE; LANE DEPARTURE: LANE KEEP: STEERING ASSIST; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:ADAS:PARKING ASSIST:SENSORS. Flash: Front Park Assist Enhancement This Bulletin involves updating the Park Assist Module (PAM) software. A customer may note at low speed operation (below 7mph/11kph) a cluster display indicating an object is detected by the front park assist system. This will be indicated by the fourth (farthest) arc on the vehicle graphic on the cluster. This will typically occur on gravel or sloped surfaces, like an approach ramp. The system calibration is overly sensitive which is causing ground detection as an object in the far zone.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
