TRANSMITTER, Integrated Key FOB Due to a global semiconductor shortage, service availability of this part is limited. To maintain production and service requirements, FOBIKs affected by the shortage will be available on an ?as required basis?. This FOBIK should only be ordered in the event the vehicle is inoperable, and there are no other FOBIKs available. It is requested the customer uses their spare FOBIK until supply is once again available. On some 2021 vehicles, they will be sold with only one FOBIK, and will have sales code ?GXZ?. For these vehicles a CSN (Customer Satisfaction Notification) will be released to replace the FOBIK once supply is available. A unique part number will be used for this campaign. For these vehicles, only order a replacement FOBIK in a vehicle down situation. Due to the global shortage, once service inventory of this part is depleted, there may not be any additional parts available for service for an extended period of time. This may cause customer dissatisfaction and extended vehicle down time. We appreciate everyone?s consideration and cooperation to only order this part in a vehicle down situation.
90040092022-09-26. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Transmission Kit with Torque Converter 1. All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire.If DTC P0300 is present either alone or along with other DTCs listed within this bulletin the right intake camshaft MUST be replaced along with this software update (only if DTC P0300 is present). Refer to the detailedservice procedures available in DealerConnect>Service Library under: Service Info>09 - Engine, 3.6L / Cylinder Head / Camshaft, Engine / Removal and Installation>Right. If just the software flash was done without the right intake camshaft being replaced the DTC P0300 may reoccur.If DTC P0300 is not present but other DTCs on this list below are present, perform just the software update. P258B - Electronic Vacuum Pump Performance. C1252-92 - Vacuum Pump Control Circuit - Performance Or Incorrect Operation. P0456 - EVAP System Small Leak.If DTC P0456 is present use the wiTECH Small Leak Verification test (SLVT) to determine if a leak is present in the system. P1404 - EGR Close Position Performance. P1206 - Fuel Pump Control Module Open Circuit To Fuel Pump. Upon diagnosing the vehicle the technician may find DTC P1206 set before flashing the vehicle, the correct DTC will now be P025A - Fuel Pump Module Control Circuit Open after the software update.In addition the customer may notice one or more of the following:The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) light illuminates. The customer may notice an ability to shift into 1st gear at an unsafe speed(MTX Only). Cluster displays "Autopark Engaged" even when autopark is no longer active.
