LATCH, Hood For the following concerns, please verify secondary plunger switch before replacing hood latch with primary switch. Please refer to service information for complete diagnostics of the secondary plunger switch which is located in the left front under hood on RU, MP, and WK/WD and left rear under hood on KL. 1) Electronic Stop Start Message on Cluster or DTC P152F without hood ajar illuminated. 2) KL Hood ajar light is on or unlatched hood due to high closing effort. (KL hood may have a higher closing effort to latch the hood as rubber bumper interference is set purposely high to prevent hood flutter at highway speeds) If stop start message or DTC P152F is present on vehicles without a hood ajar light illuminated, the issue is not related to the primary hood latch switch.

Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Radio Apps are inoperative. Adds Apple Siri® Eyes Free capability for iPhone® owners. Auto Play can now be configured. Radio will lock up. Radio display screen is black or blank. Battery drain - due to radio staying on. Navigation failed message is displayed. Clock not automatically updating to local time. HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL vehicles). Improvements:Adds Apple Siri Eyes Free capability for iPhone owners. Add the ability to drag and drop icons into the menu bar. Enhanced Voice Recognition (VR) performance. Media devices, phone pairing, and Bluetooth usage improvements. Improved tuner performance. 90034132022-09-15. Service bulletin. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:ACCELERATOR PEDAL. Accelerator Pedal Before replacing accelerator pedal, be sure to follow fault code diagnostic procedures in service manual. Make sure to check wiring and connectors. P2122 and P2127 will set if accelerator pedal connector is disconnected during diagnosis. Make sure codes are active before replacing pedal. DTC P2299 is usually caused by a two footed driver and accelerator pedal should not be replaced for this fault.

Washer Fluid Level Sensor Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" tell tale light on the dash and the washer fluid bottle is full, please perform this inspection: Check if float sensor is rotated off location from the bottle anti-rotation features that surround the SENSOR. Left Rear Door Replacement Due to A Split Or Strain In The Sheet Metal This bulletin involves inspecting the left rear door for a split or strain in the metal adjacent to the latch. If the metal is split or strained then the door assembly must be replaced. The customer may notice the metal adjacent to the latch is split or not smooth to the touch. This indicates the metal near the left rear door latch area is strained or split (Fig. 1).

If the customer describes the symptom/condition listed above, a Mopar Accessory kit is available to improve flat tow towing behavior. Ensure that all instructions included in the kit (#K6862569), are followed during the install process.
