SSM739302018-07-16. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM(GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM). Issue: In some cases, vehicles that have been updated to InControl Touch Pro with version 18b, the infotainment system can no longer provide Navigation destination entry via voice control.
H017NAS32018-07-16. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:RADIO/TAPE DECK/CD ETC.; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. An issue has been identified on certain vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range which may experience the Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) system 'freeze' on the current channel, not allowing users to select another channel. This issue is a result of having InControl® Touch? Phase 3.0 software previously installed on the vehicle.

SSM738502018-06-25. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. Issue: The technician may notice that the All Terrain Control Module (ATCM) shows offline within the ECU diagnostics menu, of Pathfinder. The concern prevents the technician from using Pathfinder to diagnose or rectify concerns with ATCM.

In the event that an SRS firing circuit is found to be damaged, please refer to SCN JLRP00128 and TOPIx (workshop manual section 418-02 - Description and Operation ? Diagnosis and Testing) for the updated wiring repair standard and guidelines.
JTB00514NAS42018-06-18. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The digital disc may not eject from the digital disc player or intermittently skips tracks, cycles quickly through tracks, and/or 'locks up.' On-screen commands and eject CD may also fail to operate. An ignition cycle usually temporarily resolves the problem.
SSM734622018-06-18. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. Issue: 1/ When the iPhone is connected to Bluetooth, the user gets an incoming call. The user will not be able to hear the callers voice. In order to hear the voice the user has to go to the phone screen options and select the vehicle phone tab and ensure it is checked. 2/The iPhone disconnects during or after phone calls.
SSM723072018-06-18. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. Issue: The message "Radar Sensor Blocked" appears in instrument pack display. If blockage occurs while ACC is being used, ?Driver Intervene? and/or "Radar sensor blocked" message will appear on the cluster and DTC C1A67-97 is also set. Blockage can also occur when ACC is not being used.

An issue has been identified on a limited number of Jaguar vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range where due to a change to the robotic sealing process, a small area of sealant at the left and right A-pillar has been omitted. As a result, water can run through this area into the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

The InControl® secure system may incorrectly identify the vehicle as stolen after crossing an international border. This will result in the Telematics Service Provider contacting the customer to confirm if theft has occurred. Until the customer confirms that no theft has occurred, they will be blocked from using various InControl features.
