20201432020-04-03. Electrical. Issue: On certain trucks, the wire harness from the relay box was not properly routed. As result, the wire harness could be damaged by contact with the leaf spring hanger bracket. If this happens, the engine could stall. This can also cause the anti-lock brake system (ABS) not to work properly. A damaged wire harness could also cause a short circuit. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could create the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of ABS could also increase the risk of a crash. In addition, a short circuit could create the risk of fire. Corrective Actions: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the wire harness for damage. If necessary, it will be replaced. Additional clamps will be installed to move the harness away from the leaf spring hanger bracket.
20194522019-09-09. Electrical. Issue: The main power wire to the relay box may have a loose connection. This could cause the wire to overheat or melt, and result in a loss of electrical power to the vehicle. Safety Risk: A loss of electrical power to the vehicle could result in an engine stall and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to an authorized service center to inspect the main power wire bolt. If excess insulation is found, it will be trimmed and the bolt will be properly tightened. If the wire harness and/or relay box are damaged, they will be repaired or replaced.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
