Campaign T4Q Dea2020-06-06. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Hyundai is conducting a Service Campaign to replace the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) on certain Elantra GT (PD), Elantra Sport (AD), or Kona (OS).
20-01-021H-12020-06-06. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. For certain Elantra GT (PD), Elantra Sport (AD), or Kona (OS) vehicles, replace the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) using the applicable QQH part number (see Parts Information), and transfer parts from the original DCT onto the replacement DCT. Refer to the figure below for transferred parts:
20-ST-002H2020-06-06. Service bulletin. STEERING. A bearing noise may develop within the Motor Driven Power Steering (MDPS) column of the housing worm gear assembly. If bearing noise is heard, follow the procedure in this bulletin and if necessary, replace the steering column and housing.

This bulletin describes the procedure to replace the front camera/ multi-function camera.
20-AT-012H2020-04-07. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:ANTILOCK:WHEEL SPEED SENSOR. If you are servicing an applicable vehicle with a (Check Engine Light on) and one or more of the DTC listed below, follow the repair procedure and replace the input/output speed sensor and oil pressure harness.
20-BE-004H2020-04-07. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some 2019 & 2020 Elantra (ADa) vehicles equipped with halogen headlights may experience intermittent operation of the high beam. This bulletin provides the service procedure to replace the left and right headlamp assemblies and perform aiming adjustments.

20-EE-002H(1)2020-04-07. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This bulletin describes the mandatory procedure to submit battery test data electronically for battery warranty claims by running the GDS Battery Claim App. The App must be run right after an incident battery is removed from the vehicle or after a battery charge is completed which qualifies for a warranty. It must be run at any time between RO open and close dates.

20-01-011H2020-04-07. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some 2019 Elantra (AD/ADa) vehicles equipped with halogen headlights may experience intermittent operation of the high beam. This bulletin provides information related to the Engine Control Module (ECM) software update for 2018 - 2019MY Elantra (AD/ADA) vehicles equipped with 2.0L engine. This software update includes cylinder imbalance learning logic optimization for Malfunction Indicator Light illumination with DTC P0300/P0301/P0302/P0303/P0304 (Cylinder “X” – misfire detected).
20-SS-001H2020-03-06. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. This bulletin describes the requirements for all wheel alignment and/or vehicle tracking claims and best practices when diagnosing and conducting alignment-related repairs for all models and model years.
20-EM-001H(1)2020-03-06. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some 2018-2019MY Elantra (AD) and Elantra GT (PD) 2.0L vehicles may have a weakened weld near where the center muffler is attached to the exhaust pipe. This condition may cause the center exhaust pipe of the muffler to exhibit an exhaust leak and/or exhaust noise. Follow the procedure outlined in this bulletin to replace the center muffler assembly to correct this condition.

(IUMPR) data on certain 2019-2020MY vehicles at California dealers. This reporting is mandated by CARB (California Air Resources Board). Data is no longer submitted to Hyundai by datasheet and dealer email. Data is sent electronically by GDS when the procedure of this bulletin is followed.
