Service bulletin 20-SS-002H(1)

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Other bulletins for the same vehicles and component
23-BE-001H2023-02-02. Service bulletin. This bulletin describes the procedure to diagnose and repair tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) DTC(s) on some 19MY and newer Santa Fe (TMA), 2021MY and newer Santa Fe Hybrid (TM HEV), 2022MY and newer Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid (TM PHEV), and 2019MY and newer Palisade (LX2) vehicles equipped with surround view monitoring (SVM) system.
22-GI-006H2022-08-05. Service bulletin. Effective June 2, 2008, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 (FMVSS 110) established a threshold for correcting load carrying capacity information indicated on tire placards when vehicle weight has been increased before retail sale. This limit is the lesser of 1.5% of GVWR or 100 pounds. If the total added weight exceeds the lesser of the limit, a label must be added to the driver-side B-pillar within 25mm (1 inch) of the original tire placard.
22-SS-003H-12022-07-09. Service bulletin. This bulletin describes the procedure to refinish 19” wheels equipped on some 19-20MY Santa Fe (TMA) 2.0T vehicles with peeling clear coat.
22-ST-007H2022-06-10. Service bulletin. N Vehicles are designed to maximize dynamic steering performance. In normal Ackerman steering geometry, the inner front tire turns more than the outer tire to help cornering in low-speed situations, i.e., parking lot maneuvering or sharp U-turns. N vehicles have a steering geometry optimized for performance driving. The N vehicle’s steering angle difference between the front wheels is reduced to enhance cornering performance. While this helps in high performance driving conditions, it can cause a higher level of tire side scrub that may create a slow shudder or vibration while turning at full steering lock. The feel is similar to turning a 4WD vehicle on dry asphalt when locked in 4WD. This shudder or vibration at parking lot speeds is normal, and no repairs should be performed.
21-BE-001H2021-02-06. Service bulletin. This bulletin describes the procedure to diagnose and repair tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) DTC(s) on some 2020-2021MY Palisade (LX2) and Santa Fe (TMa) vehicles equipped with surround view monitoring (SVM) system.
20-SS-004H2020-12-08. Service bulletin. This bulletin provides tire vibration service procedures, including how to optimize vehicle vibration performance. For all wheel/tire balance claims, the “Tire Balance Data Sheet” must be fully completed including imbalance and Road Force Variation (RFV) data. The Data Sheet can be found at the end of this bulletin.
19-BR-001H(1)2019-07-29. Service bulletin. This bulletin provides information on the rear wheel speed sensor for Santa Fe (CM), Santa Fe / XL (NC), Santa Fe Sport (AN), and Veracruz (EN) vehicles equipped with front wheel drive (FWD). The rear wheel speed sensor is available as a separate service part from the rear wheel hub assembly. When appropriate, it is recommended to replace only the rear wheel speed sensor instead of the full assembly.
Campaign 954 Dea2019-07-01. Service bulletin. Hyundai is conducting a Service Campaign to replace the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) valve stem cap and/or valve stem on 2017 model year Night edition Tucsons. The affected vehicles include:? 2017 Tucson (TL) Night edition ONLY with a production date range of February 13, 2007 to July 15, 2017. Hyundai is initiating this action to ensure the quality of its vehicles and the continued satisfaction of Hyundai customers.

This bulletin provides information on replacing the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) valve stem cap and/or valve stem on 2017 model year Night edition Tucsons. The aluminium valve cap might corrode onto the valve stem making it difficult to remove the cap to inflate tires or check tire pressure.
19-DS-001H-12019-03-18. Service bulletin. This bulletin provides information for inspecting and replacing front or rear wheel bearing hub assemblies for any model Hyundai vehicle. This procedure is applicable when there is noise such as a whirring/roaring/grinding/rumbling/etc. that gets louder when driving with more speed.
