Service bulletin 22-GI-006H
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Effective June 2, 2008, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 (FMVSS 110) established a threshold for correcting load carrying capacity information indicated on tire placards when vehicle weight has been increased before retail sale. This limit is the lesser of 1.5% of GVWR or 100 pounds. If the total added weight exceeds the lesser of the limit, a label must be added to the driver-side B-pillar within 25mm (1 inch) of the original tire placard.

| 22-ST-007H | 2022-06-10. Service bulletin. N Vehicles are designed to maximize dynamic steering performance. In normal Ackerman steering geometry, the inner front tire turns more than the outer tire to help cornering in low-speed situations, i.e., parking lot maneuvering or sharp U-turns. N vehicles have a steering geometry optimized for performance driving. The N vehicle’s steering angle difference between the front wheels is reduced to enhance cornering performance. While this helps in high performance driving conditions, it can cause a higher level of tire side scrub that may create a slow shudder or vibration while turning at full steering lock. The feel is similar to turning a 4WD vehicle on dry asphalt when locked in 4WD. This shudder or vibration at parking lot speeds is normal, and no repairs should be performed. |
| 21-BE-001H | 2021-02-06. Service bulletin. This bulletin describes the procedure to diagnose and repair tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) DTC(s) on some 2020-2021MY Palisade (LX2) and Santa Fe (TMa) vehicles equipped with surround view monitoring (SVM) system. |
| 20-SS-004H | 2020-12-08. Service bulletin. This bulletin provides tire vibration service procedures, including how to optimize vehicle vibration performance. For all wheel/tire balance claims, the “Tire Balance Data Sheet” must be fully completed including imbalance and Road Force Variation (RFV) data. The Data Sheet can be found at the end of this bulletin. |

| 5NP-G6R4Z-09 | 2016-09-29. Service bulletin. ON CERTAIN 2015MY GENESIS SEDAN (DH) VEHICLES THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT TIRES (HANKOOK VENTUS S1 NOBLE 2) MAY EXHIBIT UNEVEN TREAD WEAR; AND/OR CRACKS ALONG THE SIDEWALL(S). THE CRACKS IN THE SIDEWALL OF A TIRE COULD RESULT IN AIR LOSS AND A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL, INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH. |
| 16-01-006-2 | 2016-07-14. Service bulletin. 2015MY GENESIS SEDAN (DH) TIRE REPLACEMENT (RECALL 138) Description: On certain 2015MY Genesis sedan (DH) vehicles the original equipment tires (Hankook Ventus S1 Noble 2) may exhibit uneven tread wear; and/or cracks along the sidewall(s). The cracks in the sidewall of a tire could result in air loss and a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash. This bulletin describes the service procedure to replace the Hankook brand tires with 18” Michelin tires or 19” Continental tires. Vehicles equipped with 18” tires require a software update which changes the Engine Control Module’s speed governor from 149 to 130 mph to accommodate the tire speed rating change from W for the Hankook tires to V for the Michelins. |
