Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20253602025-06-27. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the vehicle is reversing. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the SYNC software.
20233282023-06-05. Accessories. Issue: On a small number of vehicles modified by Crew Chief Conversions, a fuel hose on the generator may not be properly secured and could leak fuel. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with an Onan QG 2800i generator. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Crew Chief Conversions will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel hose between the generator fuel filter and injection pump module. The fuel hose and clamps will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Crew Chief Conversions advises that you should not use the generator until the recall inspection is completed.
20214812021-08-04. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the front passenger seat belt assembly may contain a defective automatic locking retractor (ALR). As a result, the seat belt may not properly lock to secure a child seat. Safety Risk: A seat belt that is not properly locked could prevent a child seat from being properly secured, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the seat belt. It will be replaced, if necessary.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
