A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 547692026-04-28. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Bronco Sport and Maverick vehicles utilize an advanced headlamp design that features a sharp horizontal light-to-dark transition. This is an intentional optical characteristic designed to meet safety and performance standards. This transition is a normal attribute of the vehicles lighting signature and is most visible during high-beam operation. No repair is required as the system is functioning to specification. Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 Exterior Lighting > Description and Operation > Exterior Lighting - Overview has been revised to clarify this condition as an operating characteristic of the vehicle.
SSM 525162024-05-17. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some 2022-2024 Maverick vehicles may exhibit a condition where the rear lamp assemblies do not fit tightly or have a large gap to the body. Ford is aware of the concern and this condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and a solution for this condition is expected by 3th quarter of 2024. Replacement of the rear lamp assemblies and/or retaining grommets will not resolve this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule a service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
