Service bulletins for the 2025 Ford F-350
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 54763 | 2026-04-28. Service bulletin. STEERING. Some 2025-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles built without lane departure warning (built with minor feature code HLEAA) and 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 26-Mar-2026 may exhibit a clicking or creaking type noise when turning the steering wheel during low-speed maneuvers. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). If a vehicle exhibits this condition, use a chassis ears tool and place the microphone clamp on or near the universal joint yoke of the steering column upper shaft (below the column). Turn the steering wheel with the vehicle stationary to replicate the concern. If the same noise is clearly heard through the chassis ears at this location, replace the steering column upper shaft (base part number 3E751). Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 211-04. For claiming, use causal part 3E751 and service labor operations 3676AUP and 1006D. |

| SSM 54594 | 2026-02-27. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER; STEERING. Some 2023-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit rain sensitive wipers (if equipped) settings that do not change when selected in the center touch screen. Vehicles may also exhibit an inoperative heated steering wheel (if equipped) after a remote start event. This may be due to the software in the steering column control module (SCCM). To correct the condition, reprogram the SCCM using the latest software version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 3F791 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4. |
| SSM 54587 | 2026-02-20. Service bulletin. STEERING; VISIBILITY/WIPER. For claiming, use causal part 3F791 and labor operation 12651D. |
| SSM 54333 | 2025-11-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; SERVICE BRAKES; STEERING. Some 2023-2025 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a no crank/no start or intermittent no crank/no start with multiple warning indicators and DTC U0100 stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS), audio front control module (ACM) and power steering control module (PSCM). This may be due to an incorrectly tightened ground 113 (G113). Inspect G113 for proper connection and tighten to 12 Nm (8.9 ft-lb). If the condition remains after tightening G113, perform normal diagnostics outside of this article. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 303-06 Starting System. For claiming, use causal part 12A581 and labor operations 12650D and 12650D45WR of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. |
| SSM 54311 | 2025-10-28. Service bulletin. STEERING; POWER TRAIN. 2023-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles may be equipped from the factory with a power steering system filled with Motorcraft® MERCON® LV Automatic Transmission Fluid XT-10-QLVC or XL-22 high temperature power steering fluid that looks like clear hydraulic fluid. Both fluids are interchangeable in the power steering system when service is required. Workshop Manual, Section 211-02 > Power Steering > Specifications has been updated to provide the correct power steering fluid usage. |
| SSM 54052 | 2025-07-24. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; STEERING. Some 2023-2025 F-Super Duty vehicles may display an error during replacement of the SCCM that contains the following message: "Reprogramming has failed, would you like to retry?". If this error is present, the SCCM will not complete PMI and may store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) U2100 and/or U2101 in the SCCM. This may be due to a concern with the compatibility of the software with a hardware change in the SCCM. To correct the condition, download and run the "SCCM - Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) Configuration" application in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). Inform customers that although the PMI is incomplete, there is no affect on vehicle performance. Customers can continue to drive the vehicle. To make sure the vehicle correctly receives the latest SCCM software, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in late Q3 2025. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the software becomes available. |
