Service bulletins for the 2020 Ford F-350
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 48425 | 2020-01-08. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2020 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 10R140 transmission may exhibit harsh upshifts between 1st and 5th gears. For vehicles with less than 200 miles (320 km) on the odometer, these harsh upshifts may be due to the transmission adaptive strategy not being fully adapted. The harsh upshifts are not detrimental to transmission operation or durability and upshift quality may improve as the vehicle is driven. If the vehicle does not have any illuminated warning indicators or diagnostic troubles codes (DTCs), do not perform any repairs at this time. Engineering is investigating. Monitor OASIS for updates. |

| SSM 48360 | 2019-12-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2020 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with power release tailgate may continue to display a Check Tailgate Ajar in the IPC message center after the tailgate is closed. This may occur when the key is in the ON position and the tailgate is opened and closed while the vehicle is in a gear other than PARK. Cycling the key or pressing the OK button on the steering wheel will remove the Check Tailgate Ajar message. This is normal operation of the system and no repair attempts should be made to correct a condition. If a customer complaint is received that the Check Tailgate Ajar message does not go away after closing the tailgate, verify and advise the customer of normal operating characteristic. |
| TSB 19-2345 | 2019-12-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. Some 2018-2020 F-150/Expedition/Navigator/F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a water leak on the right front floor during or after the air conditioning (A/C) is used. This may be due to condensation from the evaporator drain tube entering the vehicle through the drain tube seal. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to install an elbow on the evaporator drain tube to direct condensation away from the seal. |
