Service bulletins for the 2026 Ford Bronco

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 548562026-05-26. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL; SERVICE BRAKES. Some 2025-2026 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a condition where cruise control is inoperative and/or an "Adaptive Cruise Control Not Available" message is displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0422:00 stored in the anti-lock brake (ABS) module. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, this may be due to an incorrect configuration programmed to the ABS module during an attempt to change tire size. <br /><br /> The Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool is the only approved tool that can be used for properly adjusting the tire size calibration. Vehicles originally equipped with 30-inch tires that are being upfit with 35-inch tires should be set to 615 revolutions per mile in the Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool under Diagnostics and Tools > Tire/Gear Adjust. Any other concerns related to tire size calibration that exhibit this condition, contact the Ford Performance Techline as outlined in the Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool instructions. <br /><br /> This limitation in tire size calibration is due to the software in the ABS module.
SSM 547332026-04-14. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES. Some 2025-2026 Bronco/Expedition/Navigator/F-150/Ranger vehicles may exhibit a "Check Brake System" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) and/or an illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) indicator with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C0563 stored in the ABS module. This may be due to air still trapped in the system after prior bleeding attempts and/or brake service mode being enabled. The applicable pinpoint test (PPT) in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 206-09 has been updated to improve diagnostics for this concern. Make sure the latest software version of Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) is being used when performing the brake system pressure bleeding routine.
