The customer may experience audio distortion from the front door speakers when the rear AUX port is in use. The distortion may occurs when playing certain media with a lot of high frequency content. The equalization doesn't have a settings for rear AUX mode and defaulted to the AM mode. The AM mode equalization has a boost for high frequencies. This increase boost can cause the Amp to distort the sound.

A customer may experience the Uconnect prompts begin to play without pressing the Voice Recognition (VR) button. The prompt may repeat itself two or three times before exiting. The customer satisfaction enhancements are included with this software release. NOTE: After the HFM has been updated it will receive these enhancements: · Reduced ?Device Reading? wait time after connecting a device to the remote USB port. · Call / dial separation improves upon names being recognized as phone numbers. · Improved sound quality during Bluetooth streaming. · Increased iPod and iPhone compatibility. · SMS messaging support via Mobile Application Part (MAP) protocol (not all phones support the MAP protocol). · Added ?None of These? and ?Correction? to the phone book prompt menu for better handling of similar names. · Previous button will return the song currently being played to the beginning of the track. · AirPlay feature ?Dock Connector? no longer needs to be manually selected on Apple devices. This will resolve the ?No Audio? condition when the device is connected to the remote USB port and dock connector is not selected. NOTE: USB mode resume will no longer 'resume' after ignition is OFF.

Battery signal strength display is not displayed into the radio screen (with iPhone 5). Traffic Announcement and Voice Recognition share the same volume control. Traffic Announcement volume drops after phone calls. Mismatch in the ?Distance to next turn? between the radio and EVIC displays. German translations are incorrect. Radio reset when copying certain .MP3 files from USB flash drive to the radio. Radio stations info is not correct into the right side of the radio display (radio menu). Radio mute issue in tuner mode. Preset loss during/after AF Switching. Erratic alternate frequency switching. Bluetooth phone muting during European traffic announcement. Enhancements to the loss of preset condition. Lost channel presets, home addresses, address book entries & Travel Link favorites. Not able to change default country and state then route. Unable to load .jpeg files onto hard drive to display on touch screen. Vehicle with Start/Stop feature, the screen will go black when the engine turns off at a stop. (International only). Cancel key inoperative after pressing the international button. iPhone 4 dial not possible after second call. Devices button disabled in VES menu. Unable to route to a recent route after a map update. Duplicate phone numbers in popup after pressing the international button. During active call and on hold, DIAL button should be displayed (not ?TONE? button). International button not visible. Point of Interest (POI) Search enhancements.
