The purpose of this software release is to enable the capability to capture non Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) control module data through the Uconnect Data Recording system. In addition, the following improvements are available. 2015 WK ? Improved upshift timing in eco, base, and hill modes and while using cruise. ? Improved 8-7, 3-2, and 2-1 downshift timing. ? Improved shift timing at higher altitudes. ? Improved torque converter engagement. 2015 DS ? Improved 7th gear upshift timing.

Flash: Powertrain Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. The following powertrain system improvements/enhancements are included in this software release. These symptoms are broken down by vehicle. 2015 WK 3.0L engine (Sales Code EHD) ? Enhancements to remote engine start. 2015 WK 5.7L engine (Sales Code EZH) ? Enhancements to improve a slight lag or hesitation during Multi Displacement System (MDS) mode transitions. ? Enhancements to improve a slight drop in engine RPM when the vehicle is shifted to reverse or drive within 3 seconds of a cold start. ? Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminated with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U0140-00 - Lost Communication with Body Control Module (BCM). 2014 WD 5.7L engine (Sales Code EZH) ? Enhancements to improve a slight drop in engine RPM when the vehicle is shifted to reverse or drive within 3 seconds of a cold start. 2015 WD 5.7L engine (Sales Code EZH) ? Enhancements to remote engine start.

Flash: Bass, Mid, Treble Adjustment Causes Erratic Volume Increases This bulletin involves reprogramming the Amplifier (AMP) with the latest available software. The customer may describe when changing the radio tone settings (Bass, Mid, Treble) the volume levels may be erratic. Depending where the volume is set, the volume changes maybe very loud or very little. Example: Volume set to 8 and making adjustments to the tone settings, the volume can increase by 15 db. Volume set to 25 and making adjustments to the tone settings, there maybe no volume changes.

The customer may describe the headlamps flicker while operating at night. This condition may be more prevalent after the bulb(s) have been replaced with an aftermarket bulb.

A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following:Navigation failed message is displayed (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). The clock not automatically updating to local time (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Poor or no connection to cellular network (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL with RG3 and RG4). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Display goes blank/black (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Cyrillic keyboard is missing in phone book (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Wrong speed limit on NAV speed camera indication (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4).
