Radio Loss Of Audio Signal Or Static Interference On FM Stations This bulletin involves verifying the static concern on FM radio station frequencies and if applicable, replacing the inner combination tail stop backup lamp. The customer may describe a loss of audio signal or static interference on FM radio stations.

RA2 And RJ2 Radio Software Enhancements This bulletin involves updating the radio's software. A customer may have experience one or more of the following: Backup camera screen may have static lines and/or shutters. The backup display may flash the previous image before displaying the current image. Can't cancel compass calibration. When in compass calibration and the browse/enter button is pressed, Compass Calibration Failed will be displayed. Incorrect blind spot chime.After the audio was muted, audio doesn't resume using Voice Recognition (VR). Information from disconnected USB flash drive is still displayed on the radio. VR session may not cancel using steering wheel switches.Back button on Integrate Center Stack (ICS) may not work at times. AM/FM is still audible when USB flash drive is plugged in. Radio screen may be black when powered up. When using steering wheel controls, the radio presets with start at preset 2 instead of preset 1. Unintentionally changing AM/FM stations when trying to scroll up or down a song list. This happens when a USB or Phone is plugged into the USB port.Improvements: iPhone functionality improvement to play music after ending calls. When SD card is used, phone lists will be properly displayed. New feature will not allow changes to settings in accessory mode.

This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming HVAC Control Module with new software or replacing the HVAC Control Module. Customers may experience the blower cutting out when HVAC blower is set to high on Manual Temperature Control (MTC) vehicles or while using high blower in manual mode on Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC) vehicles.

A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following:Navigation failed message is displayed (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). The clock not automatically updating to local time (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Poor or no connection to cellular network (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL with RG3 and RG4). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Display goes blank/black (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Cyrillic keyboard is missing in phone book (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Wrong speed limit on NAV speed camera indication (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~

Flash: HVAC System Enhancement This bulletin involves reprogramming the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Module with new software. Customers may describe an unpleasant odor in the vehicle after driving from highway speed limits back down to city speed limits or they may also notice that the left temp door is inoperable. Updating the HVAC software will correct these conditions.
