Note: If it is found that the pulleys and/or tensioners are to blame for the noise please use an stethoscope or similar tool to determine the origin of the noise and include it in the narrative.

Then, put the door in secondary and see if it will cinch and release through all inputs (overhead console, key fob, handle grab) 2. If sliding doors operate as expected, do NOT replace sliding door latch(es) 3. If possible, please provide any / all information in the repair order narrative regarding status of sliding door function (i.e, door only works manually, won't open via key fob, etc.). This includes all customer feedback as well (what exactly brought the customer into the dealer).

PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT, PROCEED WITH INSPECTION INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE LATEST VERSION OF STAR ONLINE PUBLICATION S2307000002. Please submit pictures of the leak area thru the DIDI process outlined in the STAR Online document. NOTE: Some coolant residue may be found at the water pump weep hole plug area which may be normal, but coolant should not be dripping from this location. If unsure about, use the Pressurized Coolant System Inspection process as found in the Dealer Connect Cooling Diagnosis and Testing Procedures.

For 2022MY and prior use red O-ring. Note: When replacing OFA, it may be necessary to transfer the Oil Temp/Pressure Sensor from the old OFA to the new OFA.
