90033572023-04-17. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. ADAPTER, Engine Oil Filter (Pentastar V6) For all 2014MY replace the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA). For any other MY (with mileage above 30,000) review and follow instructions from STAR Online S1809000007 REV. C available on Dealer Connect. Also, consider the following: 1) Remove OFA 2) Replace only the oil inlet O-ring and gaskets (seals kit in SOL above). 3) Re-install the OFA. For 2023MY and beyond use black O-ring. For 2022MY and prior use red O-ring. Note: When replacing OFA, it may be necessary to transfer the Oil Temp/Pressure Sensor from the old OFA to the new OFA.

All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles: a) If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) must be replaced as they are one-time usage. b) Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. c) Vehicles built on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. Only use the reman 62TE specified in StarParts for each model year - Only use R8210327A$ for 2014 - 2018 VF. - Only use R8453637A$ for 2019 VF. - Only use R8599680AA for 2020/1VF. Installing a R8453637A$ or R8599680A$ in a 2014-18 VF will result in a 2014-18 MY core being returned. Mopar can no longer convert 2014-18 VF 62TE core to the 2019-21 version. Continued mis-usage will result in a core shortage. Mopar may deny warranty claims where the incorrect version is used in 2014-18 VF. 3. The engine to transmission dowel pins are critical to the longevity of several components. Verify the dowel pins are in the rear face of engine block before installing a replacement transmission. Mopar will add loose dowel pins with remanufactured 62TE. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter. 5. There may be incorrect fluid measurement on the dipstick tool when checking 62TE fluid level after filling the ATF as per service library specification. Please change with new valve body pan P/N:68145886A$ as there may be incorrect valve body pan is used in Transmission.

Latch Sliding Door For RT ONLY: Sliding Door Latch Prior to replacing these parts for an intermittent issue or complaint of the Sliding Door does not power open or close, please inspect the Sliding Door Actuator Module and latch for fretting and oxidation corrosion at connections prior to replacing any parts.~ If concerns are found with the Module, then replace the Sliding Door Actuator Module. Otherwise replace the Sliding Door Latch. Refer to STAR parts for specific Sliding Door Actuator Module or Sliding Door Latch part number.~

90036652022-10-31. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; STRUCTURE. Fuel Tank and Fuel Evap System Components 1) For JK MIL On ? P0441: Before replacing this part due to fault code P0441, check for restriction due to plastic over-flash in the Purge Hose Port of the Intake Manifold. If there is flash in the Purge Hose Port of the Intake Manifold and the vehicle is 2016 MY then replace the Intake Manifold and send to QEC. Otherwise, remove the flash with a 5/32? drill bit and clean the Intake Manifold of any flash debris. If the fault code P0441 continues after repairing the Intake Manifold, then send Freeze Frame data of P0441 to Michael.Ade@FCAgroup.com and contact Sylvia Lopez at cell number (248) 520-9734. If you don`t receive response within 15 minutes, please continue with the normal repair procedure. 2) For RT MIL On ? P0456: If ESIM needs to be replaced for fault code P0456, check the Vapor Line, Fresh Air Filter and the Black Frame Rail Blocker for water ingestion. If water ingestion is found, then replace the ESIM part number 04861962AB and the Jumper, Vent Recirculation Tube part number 04721757AI. Please contact Release Engineer Alfredo Salituro @ 213-700-5359 before performing repair service. If you do not receive a response within 15 minutes, please continue with the normal repair procedure.

Engine only: Oil leaking from the valve cover onto the O2 sensor causing faults codes P0140, P2096, P0137, P0157. Need to verify the leak source and cause (gasket pinched, out of position, rolled, or cut). Please call one of the individuals below before proceeding with the repair. 90037562022-10-24. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION; AIR BAGS; STEERING; PARKING BRAKE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Rain light sensor Rain sense wipers do not operate: 1. Visual Inspection--> Check if the sensor is visually OK. (all the pins are OK) Check that the Connector is NOT loose (Sensor must get a voltage from 9V to 16V) 2. Functional Checks Rain--> Steering column switch is in auto mode (sensor is active) it is necessary to splash water on the sensitive surface of the sensor to trigger wipes. check the same for different sensitivities When the rain sensitivity is increased (for example from level 0 to level 1), as an acknowledgement a single wipe is seen. (This is not a phantom wipe) and this single wipe is not seen when the rain sensitivity is decreased (from higher level to lower level) Light--> Steering column switch is in auto mode (sensor is active) block the light coming on the sensor from outside of the vehicle (use a opaque object), the head lamps should be activated 3. If the sensor seems functional, it is ideal to remove the silicon gel pad from the sensor, replace it with the new silicon gel pad instead of replacing the whole sensor. When servicing the LRSM please replace the silicon gel pad with a new silicon gel pad (PN 68224945AA) instead of replacing the whole sensor.
